As I can see, you’re using two onehands. Is this a must have? Is this generally the better option than a staff? Good video!
Hey! It's because a good 447 weapon is strong early in the season, and crafting a staff requires 2 shadowflame sparks, kinda expensive!
But if you get a perfect 447 staff, you can totally use it!

Do you use regular enemy nameplates? or is that an addon with the healthbars being so thin?
Yes it's blizzard ui, I really don't like UI addons :(
@@EloWarcraft Do you have any issues seeing what spells are interruptable? i am tempted to use default nameplates since they feel a bit better on the eyes for a new healer like me
@@elreydere5 yeah, with the base UI, when a spell is interruptable, the bar is normal but when it's not, it's grey with a shield on it
what addons do you use? and why are your buffs and debuffs so big?
I use Weak Auras, BigDebuffs (for the buffs and dispells to be huge on frames), Angry Keystones, and some minors addons like Details, OmniCD, etc

Sinon selon moi c'est parce qu'on a pas beaucoup de dps sans sacrifier une énorme partie de heal, on a pas de gros CD de réduc dégâts, certains boss demandent beaucoup de mobilité (2eme boss Vortex par exemple) et on est immobile, si on cast pas, on heal pas
C'est la combinaison de tout ça qui fait que les autres healers sont beaucoup + attrayants hélas :/
Holy priest is not bad as healing output it just doesn't do enough dmg to help with higher keys . Also holy priest doesnt have let's say a mega oh shit healing cd like other classes do so basically you just rotate through your holy words all the time but this actually makes is a much more constant heavy hitting healer. In some keys like 3rd boss in HOi holy priest shines the most due to it's mastery the encounter being rot damage but if we were to speak for fights like 3rd boss in NEltharus or last boss in Neltharus ( where we actually do not have a decurse) we kinda of lack the heavy hitting healing CD like some classes do. I tested Rdruid , Rsham Holy Pri and Hpala up to 1800-1900 now and Rdruid feels the most ez to heal right now due to it's healing style being suitable for the current dungeon pools 2nd or at the same level being Resto shaman.Holy Priest i'd sat it is overall ok not terrible not great, just a decent healer.
@@EloWarcraft I just started playing again and only have a few weeks in as a Spriest ( first time caster, 10+ years as melee). I feel like I need to get a healing spec going; any general recommendations beyond the Icey Veins or Wowhead guides ( asdons, macros etc)? I have never healed in all my time in Wow, only tanked and melee dps. Btw, this new raid is a godamn nightmare for players new to casting classes.
