to anyone who are wondering why vita got the *better skins and content* its cuz they want people to have a reason to buy the vita or people would just say its a trash port for money and pretty much it is also its much easier to make content for lower spec machines since it doesn't have to have a hd model for each character.

PS3 has an extra stage and character because Sony allowed Kratos to be used. Microsoft refused Master Chief and a character from Gears of War to be used, so that's why the Xbox 360 version has the least amount of content (not too much is lost though). The PS Vita version came out after both, so that's why it has extra costumes, missions and Kratos.

MK 1 outfits are still way better than the MK 2 outfits or the Armor fron MK 3. I wish we had gotten them in MK 11 instead of the MK 2 outfits. Hopefully we'll get em at one point in MK 1(2023) since Kameo Sub-Zero and Kameo Scorpion are wearing their MK 2 outfits.

Usually with later ports of games on a new system, there’s a parity clause where the new version must have exclusive content to retail the game at full price. The costumes probably were originally planned for the PS3/360 versions but were axed in favour of making them an incentive to buy this version instead. It’s a shame, but from a business perspective it ultimately makes sense.

to anyone who are wondering why vita got the *better skins and content* its cuz they want people to have a reason to buy the vita or people would just say its a trash port for money and pretty much it is also its much easier to make content for lower spec machines since it doesn't have to have a hd model for each character.

Bruh WHY were these not released on consoles. This game really could have been the true successor to MK trilogy, which was considered the most complete MK game back then. The addition of these klassic costumes is mainly what this game is missing (on consoles)

Looks like PSVita and PS3 has all the good stuff.
PS3 has an extra stage and character because Sony allowed Kratos to be used. Microsoft refused Master Chief and a character from Gears of War to be used, so that's why the Xbox 360 version has the least amount of content (not too much is lost though). The PS Vita version came out after both, so that's why it has extra costumes, missions and Kratos.

MK 1 outfits are still way better than the MK 2 outfits or the Armor fron MK 3. I wish we had gotten them in MK 11 instead of the MK 2 outfits.
Hopefully we'll get em at one point in MK 1(2023) since Kameo Sub-Zero and Kameo Scorpion are wearing their MK 2 outfits.
