Yeah I hear man, unfortunately the is250 is at the bottom of the barrel but on the flip side for your is250, you might be interested in this mod and it might be worth the investment, try the sprint booster v3, I installed that in my is250 and the pick up is night n day, the car pulls harrrd on the hwy with little to no effort, torque is there and you can reach your power band fast, I definitely notice a difference in the way the car accelerates out the box, it won't add more power it just remaps your throttle to more of an aggressive setting without the lag, for me it was definitely worth the money, some might disagree but for a cheap little mod I was impressed, you have a nice ride man don't let these haters get at you for driving is250, drive what you like brother, you're not alone there's plenty of people out there driving a is250 and feel no ways about it including me, I have the same ride as you in the same the color in the f-sport, the color alone and trim is super rare, I love my ride regardless of these haters, what you drive shouldn't define how big your ballz are, some people that drive really fast cars have to compensate for something else, keep up the great content!!!!!
I’ll look into it, ik I used to have the rr racing tune on my first is250 and it made a difference. I love my ride always wanted this color way and spec. I always swap over to my 9th gen si if I get bored haha, I appreciate the support🙏🏼
I love my Is 250 awd.. it's a 2006. Believe it or not... The rear view mirror with a compass still works... Its from 2006!!! No other car brand can match that. Good luck Tesla. And by the way, tell your friends to get a car.. your not the help. .
for my 2010 250 has 109k miles and never had sticky dash so that's a good thing. but yea, totally agree back seat literally have no space for people who are over 5'9, and the sluggish feel of the car, would love to see way more performance mods for this car. but overall great car!
Sounds like 1st world problems to me. Where i come from, the is250 is more than enough. Its reliability over everything right here in the 3rd world😂. 204 hp is enough for a daily and parts are easier to get than other car brands like the Germans. Back seat space, well we all short and skinny over here. That car is roomy😅
Did seafoam on my is250 2011 same trim in black and now the mpg is around 24 mpg (141k miles and muffler delete) I was doing 19 mpg before I got new tires all around I’m glad it’s running well after oil change also.. because gas is so expensive so trying to find ways to save more gas money lol
The IS community.. you putting slow mobile was actually putting the car down as well.. the car is adequate for most situations.. it’s just a heavy car .. & 2009 started with the updated dashboards ..!!
I have a mint 2013 with 30k miles I downgraded to have and already had to have my coolant flushed cause my heater wouldn’t warm up now I’m noticing that it takes like 15 mins to reach normal operating temperature. Besides that I really like it. I overpaid a bit but it’s basically like a brand new car so I guess $16k isn’t so bad. I had a newer es350 and it ran on regular now my is250 take’s premium I always wondered why.
Beautiful car man 😁👍🏼 The 250’s & 350’s keep selling out in my area. So I’m a bit jealous for the peeps that have them. However my daily is a BMW 335xi which I love and I’m looking to get the Lexus to make that my daily driver.
Carbon build up is probably the biggest issue. Drive a rav4 if you think that the is 250 is sluggish. If u are 6 foot 200lbs the seats are small but still better than most
So the IS before this… that one was a lemon? Needed like everything redone? Water pump, new sensors, new suspension, spark plugs, thermostat, carbon buildup issues and all? My friend bought a 2007 IS250 and it had all those issues. Ended up spending double because the repairs cost the same amount of the car itself. I like this current blue one you have. Good color.
the previous one it needed a whole tune up and a new transmission. it would miss some gears and had 171k miles before I got rid of it. As long as there are service records and maintenance is up to date it should be good. Parts for this car can get expensive but thankfully 06-13 share all the same parts and most of the 350 share as well. thank you i always wanted this color since getting my first IS (nebula gray).
Imagine all the people that wished they had this vehicle
ok so there's a picture of me in your head. now what?
True. I almost bought a 2012 today
@@DoorDashDuo why didn't you buy it? For me this car seems perfect
I did buy it.7 months and 20k miles now with no issues. Its a 2012 f sport. Only thing I don't really like is the seats...
@@DoorDashDuo I'm planning to buy a 2013 is250 f-sport. But this is already a mk3 body.

@@is2fiftyslowfsport744 was it easy to install ? I’m thinking about doing that on my 09 fully stock as a first mod
@@elchapito2931 Yeah its easy to install, it wasn't hard, 10 mins

If you can invest in a oil catch can that help with the carbon build up too, you can get one for around $30 on Amazon
Best colour hands down I just got myself a 2010 is350 f sport in USB❤

My 2010 IS250 all Wheels drive, is not slow, very responsive.
I love the beat of that intro, you got a sweet sweet ride bro🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bro just sell the car if you dont like it, no need to complain. Your like 35 making a review
id add to that, is the clicking and cracking noise from front panel, mostly when driving on bad roads though

This community is toxic af 😂 that’s why I stopped posting in the FaceBook groups!
I only go on to see if anyone is selling parts locally lol but I see all the toxicity 😭😂
I just got this car today 2011 AWD with 168k miles. Who else drives this car, regular or premium gas?
10:26 made me 😂
yeah I want a is350 but I got my is250 for 3k and the clean title is350 goes for 10k+atm
They are taxed along with hefty mileage and most of them beat on but that’s a steal that you got one for 3k congrats !
what was the condition of the car and mileage, i got mine for 8k
@@afanter4314 bro my shi goin for 15000 117k miles is it worth ?
@Kevin le
I traded my Suzuki vitara for a 6sp IS250😊
Beautiful
I have a 3rd gen GS300 and a 460 I'm surprised how fast the 300 is in comparison
I’m 6’1 and my 10 and 6 yr old are fine in the back.
