On the 16 pin connector going into the stereo the two power wires are a larger diameter than the 14 signal wires. I think you need to turn on the reverse camera sound. For TS10 head unit, Please open Setting app -- reverse -- Reverse Volume Control Please turn up the Reverse Volume to over 80%.

You need to use a car radio wiring harness that supports the factory backup camera.
