    Mumtaz is a fine lady full of good recipes, I also noticed the classical background music is a very welcome surprise because for a while it was very loud and unwelcoming music. Thank you

    In Mombasa the outer layer should not be cooked only the sqr one should be cooked. My dad and uncle was the one who created this in Mombasa!

    Your instructions to make larger roti are not clear. What temperature for the oven and how long? And also what pan to use

    • @MumtazHasham
      @MumtazHasham  Год назад

      It’s like making samosa paar you can use any pan that goes in the oven or on stove top large enough to hold the Rotli I used my regular 16 inch tawa pan

    • @MumtazHasham
      @MumtazHasham  Год назад +1

      In the oven at 400F

      Just buy filo pastry from the shop, I personally like to put a whole egg on top of the mince.
