    Thats both cranes been delivered to Greenock as of last week. was great to see them passing my town on the way up river.

      Ya , so lucky. Been trying to get fi fi hoses footage from the tugs for ages , and on a sunny day

      It all very calculated, the boat is weighted down with ballast tanks to lower the COG and of course the weather is constantly checked. Not something I'd fancy in gale force 9

    Did they assemble it in part in Cobh? Or did it go down from Killarney like that?

      It would have a bit of trouble going through the jack lynch tunnel fully assembled..

    Why was the tug boat shooting water?

      The captain knew I was going to be filming, so he put on his water hoses and the tug boat put on his (it's in the comments) It's also traditional for a vessel to get a fire hose salute from tugs on a Maiden voyage , don't think it has ever been done for a crane before though .
