I love noting things down ,when asked a question, reflect then answer ,do you think it's okay to write when an interviewer is speaking,can you take a few seconds before answering or should one answer immediately once asked
I'm a private employer but I'm really enjoying your content because they too help me better myself at interviewing skills and know when someone is just blabbing just for the sake of it or it's really serious 😊 And is it ok to ask a potential employee for the contacts of the ex supervisor/manager for enquiries if I sense she/he left for the bad reasons and I want to avoid that?
