"More country than we've ever lived before!" I love it. The rules of HOA's are not fun I've lived it and 100% agree.
You have totally hit THE reason we have stayed in our little, old home. NO HOA!!!! HOA's would out me in the ICU. Or jail. :) My colleague has had to take his to court. Nobody has time for that.
HOAs can be terrible.. but the one that kills me the most… turning your head and seeing the neighbors house right smack there!
