Same. He is just an all around stand up dude. I've always hated how even fellow musicians/guitarists give (albeit Creed more than just Tremonti himself) so much hell, like he isn't "metal enough" or whatever.. I've always had mad respect for this dude, and as time goes on, I only love him and his 🕊 inlays more.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I am of the opinion that Mark Tremonti is an extremely talented man. He is dedicated to his music, his family and his fans. He is an incredible musician, songwriter AND singer. If you don't like his voice, nobody forced you to listen to it...I and thousands of other fans happen to love it. I am confident he can sing a hell of a lot better then those of u who criticize....just sayin

Even though they're 4 albums in, Mark Tremonti is by far one of the most underrated talents that came from both Creed and Alter Bridge, a phenomenal guitarist, an unbelievable song writer and a vocalist who has more to show. I gotta start listening to this band religiously.

Stapp WAS (emphasis on was) once a great singer, especially on the first Creed album his vocals were awesome. But these Tremonti albums just prove what I've always known: Mark could have easily fronted Creed himself. The dude's got some chops.
+Retro Revelations Yeah, right. I am pleasantly surprised to see him doing his OWN thing, so great. He is one of the best guitarist I've ever heard. I go back to the Creed songs just to listen to the shifts and swing of Mark on guitar. But after hearing "So You're Afraid" , man, this group rocks. Mark and the guys have got something here that is such great music, I'm talking 80s Metallica great music.

psht...while I agree that Tremonti's got wicked riff's, Scott's current Lead Guitar on the Proof of Life Tour, Yiannis Papadopoulos, isn't far behind at all. Go check 'em out if you get a chance, promise you won't be disappointed!!
Myles brings more metal to the band than Scott ever could. I've been a life-long fan of Creed and Alter Bridge. However, I have to say Alter Bridge is a better band than Creed. I'd listen to any album either of them put out, but I'm more excited for an AB album over Creed any day. Stapp's writing and singing just has that spiritual, inspirational level that takes away from what Tremonti could bring. I feel like Myles and Tremonti complement each other fully.
Power, passion and just pure raw talent. Tremonti does not get the accolades he deserves. He is a BEAST!

I miss Creed but I love this is a great group too....I read a Rolling Stone article and interview with Scott (who is getting better btw) and it mentioned he might try to get Creed back together, but im not to hopeful

One of the best albums I've ever heard....seriously. Some of my favorite albums include And Justice for all, No More Tears, anything Zeppelin has ever done, Lateralus, and some others, and I would honestly throw this album in along with those names.
Prefer this version of the audio to the studio track. This one is still studio a bit, but not nearly as edited as the one from the album itself. Very raw. Much better. He should release a whole album recorded this way.
I've found they released a video for another song, I think it was Wish You Well, in the same raw style as this. I think I watch more Live Tremonti vids than studio ones lol dude is just a beast without all the postprocess effects!

the kinda blast beat breakdown at 2:20 is completely badass followed by that wild solo. This is an excellent song. Mark himself sings better than Scott Stapp and Myles Kennedy too and MK is one of my favorite singers. I prefer MK singing GnR songs than AXR himself. Mark is just an all around talented guy. Shoot me but I like Creed and AlterBridge is in the top 20 of my favorite bands so far of all time.
He's a great singer, but Myles Kennedy is definitely the better singer.

Richard Cox Submersed is one of the most underrated bands and Donald Carpenter has unreal vocals I've never heard anything like his the closest I could compare is Sully Erna

Totally different tones and quality, mark has a more traditional rock/thrash vocal but Myles is very unique I love both vocal types
Whoever recorded the drums on this song did a good job. the bass drum is punchy and the cymbals and hi hat are crispy.
