എടുത്തവരെല്ലാം പെട്ടു.... സർവീസ് മോശം... വണ്ടി ഇനി എടുക്കുന്നവരായാൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവരുടെ അഭിപ്രായം ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് എടുക്കുക. അവർ അതിന്റെ സത്യാവസ്ഥ പറഞ്ഞു തരും. വണ്ടി എന്തെങ്കിലും പണി വന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ ഉള്ള ഒരു ഫോൺ എടുക്കില്ല പണിയുന്ന സമയത്ത് തരൂല്ല. ഇതാണ് അവസ്ഥ....
Nokia phone ന് സംഭവിച്ചത് ഇതാണ്, നല്ല ഫോൺ, പക്ഷേ സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ ചെന്നാൽ customer ആണ് തെറ്റുകാർ എന്ന രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള പെരുമാറ്റം.അവസാനം കമ്പനി തന്നെ പൂട്ടി. അങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാവാ തിരിക്കട്ടെ.
