BASS SLAYIN' NOOB 86 Just goes to prove how underrated Mapex truly is. I can speak from experience, the tenors are heavy as hell, but they sound beautiful when tuned correctly.
@@escapethematrix4204 she actually speaks well. Granted, colloquialisms might go over her head, but carrying on a normal conversation she does well. Going out on a limd, but I suspect her English is better than your Japanese.
They do it in order to achieve a 90 degree angle between the sticks. The left hand naturally wants to have the correct angle, but to match it, the right elbow needs to jut a little further out
Memories! So many great humans in this ensemble.
Those have to be the most visually appealing drums I’ve ever seen
Yeah, they're pretty gorgeous!
The more I watch these guys, the more I like them. Very tight, nice job.
I love the tuning and sound of all the drums in this line, sounds so sweet, and I love the book too. Great job peoples!!!!

In case anyone is wondering, they beat Bluecoats in drums
*Percussion, and no I don't think they did. BK was 6th, Bloo was 5th.*
Actually, Jeff Prosperie gave them fourth in drums. recaps.competitionsuite.com/1b7406bd-65dc-41b2-b028-f8cac3826e80.htm
I thought Boston Crusaders should've beat both lol
@@cartoonringo - Percussion*. And they averaged out to 6th. So they got 6th. And Bluecoats got 5th.
Yeah bro you was wrong

Was Bass 5 in oregon crusaders before?
OneBadCat Aaron marched 2014 OC on bass 3, then 2014 on bass 1 (or 0 depending on how you look at the line). Now he's marching bass 2 for BK 2018
why are the only good drumlines the blue ones?
raretrick you forget cavies and scv and crown
hitting_things_with _broken_trees Don’t forget about Boston and Cadets
Can someone explain why snares stick their right arm so far out?
taydolf swiftler the left is only tucked because it holds traditional grip and the hand is upside down.
IndyBoyzOutdoorz I'm referrng to the right elbow. They stick it outward. Seems a weird way to play.

Jesus their basses are so tall
This guy at 1:12..

1:22 WTF 😭
Why has no band ever thought of playing with diffrend snare drum sizes? Just like the bass drums
How would that benefit or be useful?
Mapex tops the board imo. Amazing sound
phcasper these are specoal mapex drums you cant get anywhere else, mapex that we can get do not sound like these
