- A big life change is here.. one I probably put off for too long but we made it! Lots of chatting about where my life is currently at with my mental health, gut health and what's inspiring me as of late. As someone who gets migraines too, it would be great to hear more about your invisalign journey. I do know from friends that they just lost a lot of weight, so maybe just make sure you're eating enough. I have a lot of catching up to do here, but loooove this editing style!
yes! I’m tracking my migraines, also got Botox around the same time so I’ll see how both work, fingers crossed they do. also the losing weight thing is real, you develop binge eating habits because the window to eat is so small. overall it’s a big adjustment but getting into a routine more now! I’ll keep you updated 😘

Ouch! I recall the crushing pain of braces as my teeth shifted around after each adjustment.
It’s so painful! No one prepared me for that type of pain 😭
