Modern Contemporary Custom Design for City Infill tear down lot

This modern contemporary custom home was designed site specific for an inner city lot where the existing home was demolished. This view oriented design takes advantage of the man made lake to the rear.
It is one of two homes side by side we designed together for these properties.
