I use to work at Chick fil a and we were suppose to check in on a customer every 10 to 15 minutes and sometimes even earlier depending on how fast they're eating to make sure that they won't have to get out of their seats whatsoever

I have encountered exactly one unpleasant Chick-fil-A employee in all the times I have visited there. Other than that, such friendly and attentive service, even when the restaurants are very busy!! I give y'all a lot of credit.

I did work at Chick-fil-A for a little bit and this is so cute but what made me laugh was that when I served this one family, their child did say my pleasure! I was smiling all day

I have I have Akron Chick-fil-A employee in one of my classes at my University and one day I had a very bad day and he just came up to me and offered me some words of encouragement and a hug after that we walked to Chick-fil-A together he had his shift and I had lunch

@@anonymousalexander6005 it isn't about mannera. Tbh is is pure psychological manipulation tactics based on research. "Your Welcome" is also good manners, but subconsciously conveys something like I have done something for you/you are in my debt. "My pleasure" on the other hand conveys I am happy to have done what I just did. Customers respond better long term to "my pleasure" and CFA knows that and is good about using it and other micro satisfaction details for customer retention.
That sauce dripping prime title that somehow is reminiscent of a horror movie title at the same time is amazing. What a stellar piece of graphical design!

Some Chick-fil-a's allow their employees to accept tips! It's up to operator discretion. I worked for Chick-fil-a for about a year, and most people didn't tip I assume because they thought we couldn't take it. However, Chick-fil-a employees constantly go above and beyond and most get paid minimum wage. If you have the money, please ask if they can accept tips and give them one if they can. It really helps.
I will keep that in mind, I always tip unless bad service or take out. I never go in chick-fil-a's.
Tipping has gotten out of control. Serving staff make less than min wage because of tips.
I worked at Chick-fil-A and this guy tipped me. He didn’t want the manager to know so he came to me saying he wanted to shake my hand. Inside his hand was my tip.
Unless they are young women with children at home and a husband fighting Germany, I don't like giving them a dime, that $60 steak dinner was cruel enough.

I was living in Lubbock Texas in 2011 when the chick fil a opened on 82nd st, people slept in the parking the night before the grand opening (for free nuggets for a year)...aint that the south😎
I agree with @@jmit3491 on that. The early morning before CfA opened in an affluent suburb east of San Francisco, I drove by, and there were tents in the parking lot, people wanting to be one of the first 100 people so they could get the free nuggets. Yes, my family ate there that day.

The other fast food places around my town are dirty and the customer service is horrendous. That’s why I go to CFA. My order has never been wrong and the workers can actually construct and speak a full sentence with a smile and proper diction. God bless CFA!

I hate to burst your bubble and be that one guy, but maybe it’s not all Chick-fil-A’s but the one I work at behind the scenes everyone hates it...no ones happy to be here, and the root of the problem is our operator..he’s bad tempered and rude, makes all the employees feel uneasy. It honestly sucks, so when I saw this I was like wow if only people really knew..all our operator cares about is the sales, and looking good in front of customers, screw his employees right??
