I js had my first lucid dream, today, and I spawned a doll and it’s face changed and looked like a botox mom, and I spawned my crush, and I woke up 😭😭😭😭
Thank you, I've always wanted to lucid dream instead of completely random things happening that are completely out of my control. This channel is helping me a lot!
I just had my first lucid dream ever last night, and I really feel like writing this and sharing my experience. After following the mantra technique, I repeated "I will lucid dream" multiple times to myself throughout the night. What I hadn't realized, is that I had already fell asleep. In my sleep, the dream felt so real, I was in the same room and house, laying down on my back and repeating the same phrase over and over again. After saying it a few more times, I suddenly felt like something was different... I felt lighter, "free" and not tired at all, I admit I got very excited after doing some reality checks to figure out I was in a dream, but then in the dream, I remembered that getting excited would lead to waking up, this..... caused me to wake up. BUT ! PLOT TWIST! I didn't wake up in my bed physically, now bear with me when I say this.... I woke up in another lucid dream. Now, I don't know if this is common or "natural", but when I woke up (I didn't know yet that I was still in a lucid dream), I told myself "Wait, aren't I supposed to be under sleep paralysis?" and surprise, surprise... I felt it. I tried moving in the dream, but couldn't, my muscles and limbs were disobeying me as I was doing everything in my ability to move. After a few seconds of doing so, I was thinking "Could this get any worse?", and I wish I had never thought of a possible shadow demon appearing, because, that's what god damned happened. I saw a shadow bending over me with weird distorted white eyes, I was scared to death, I then wished to be somewhere else, and I was actually teleported somewhere, somewhere pitch black, this led me to realize, "Oh, that was a dream", I was lucid dreaming and thought it was reality, and it proved to me how real a lucid dream can be. I decided to wake up and, I did. I was happy that I could feel my legs and arms and I ran downstairs to grab a cup of hot chocolate. I can't wait for the following night to try it again, but this time, I will never again imagine something scary like that in a lucid dream in my entire lifetime.
Did you literally repeat the phrase as you were falling asleep?? I once tried to do this but my mind became so occupied that I couldn't fall asleep... did a similar thing also happened to you perhaps?
I always find things like that terrifying at the time in the dream but when I wake up and think about it I actually enjoy the memory of being terrified. Sounds odd but I get so many nightmares since a child they are something I have learnt to live with and would be odd not to have now.
In my first lucid dream, I realized I was in the wrong grade, it was the 3rd grade cafeteria (I was in 4th grade and my class had to go somewhere else bc there was construction at the classrooms) I was so happy to get a lucid dream. Then I noticed one of my favorite foods was on the menu and got distracted. I forgot I was in a dream, then went to the cafe table after getting a tray of food. Then I woke up after once again realizing I'm in a dream
@@aurxuwu993 I once had a dream where idk maybe I was supposed to be sick or high or something but basically I was in a tiled room (looked somewhat like a bathroom) and I began to hallucinate. Everything was moving, the walls were peeling back, the square tiles were wonky and curved, and the color was insane, it was pretty overwhelming. And then the pain kicked in. I’ve never felt anything like it, even in real life. I could hear people outside the room but I couldn’t speak, I could barely breathe and blah blah blah nightmare stuff and demons and stuff for the rest of the dream Before this dream I never thought it was possible to feel pain in a dream, but I guess you can feel a representation of it? And since it’s in your mind it can be more severe? Idk honestly, but I’ve never had a dream like that since
@@tpav4035 I had something like that happen to me pain-wise. Towards the end of this dream, my brother, who ig was a vampire, latched onto my neck and started sucking really hard. He wasn't sucking blood, it was like he was taking all the air out of me, and I couldn't breath and it felt like my chest was caving in, and it really hurt. I woke up and I could still feel it for like 7 seconds after. It was really weird and kinda scary.
Ikr ur just like, what if i die in a lucid dream What happens if i accidentally make a mistake that makes me suddenly go te hell What if i accidentally enter a minecraft world and get blown up by a creeper
i remember my first lucid dream (or nightmare really) I was just me getting out of bed in my bedroom and looking at my hands. My hands weren't exactly colurful like in this video, but it was more like my hands were wavy. it was changing, but in a weird, shape transforming way. I was looking around, the walls and floor were moving. It felt like i was standing on solid ground, and yet, everything was in motion, like a weird ripple effect. Objects in my room were constantly changing shape, and turning into objects of my past, like old toys, or games i used to play. While I had a general sense that i was dreaming before, only now i actually stopped to think, "Where am I? Aren't I in bed right now?". I looked back up, and all the walls and floor were gone, revealing an empty void. Even though there was nothing there, it was like i could see a cube, that was moving rapidly, transforming into other shapes constantly. I turned around and saw a person. It was only one figure, and yet, it resembled multiple people i knew. It's face morphed into the faces of people like family, friends, other people i know at school. It started to very slowly approach me. The second it started getting closer i turned around to run. Now, instead of a void, it was night time in a large grass field, of which i walk past every day to get to school. I started running, but my legs gave out. I was now fallen over in the grass, not being able to move a muscle. Normally in my nightmares, this is where I would've been caught and woken up, but for the first time, it didnt end that way. I started to be able to move my arms, and I crawled along the field, using the grass (which definitely shouldnt have pulled my weight) as a "sideways climbing rope" i guess you could say. I crawled all the way to a playground, and the sencond i entered the playground, everything went to normal. it was day again. there were people there. the weird figure wasnt there, and i was able to stand again. Once I started to realize what reality just turned into during that, questioning what was happening, and why i was able to think inside a dream, things started to... disappear. First, the people there. then the playground. then the building next to the playground. then the sky. the mountains. the floor. It became complete darkness. I started to feel my heart beating a lot faster than usual, and then woke up. after i woke up, i was really dizzy for a couple minutes, but got up, and started my day. I know im kinda late to this, yknow. two years, but shut up im posting this anyway
should've said to the figure, "Hey! You are my friends and family! Why the HELL are you chasing me?" or, " well ok ur chasing me nice but im aware so let me just fly away-"
"The buildings are full of detail" "The cars on the street are all unique" "And there are tons of ordinary civilians walking around, minding their own business." Congrats. Your brain made a GTA game.
OMG! I just realized something. So I have experienced sleep paralysis unintentional when I was younger, and it is honestly the scariest thing I have experienced. I saw the big shadow, couldn't move, etc. It cause me to be scared of the dark even to this day. BUT! Something I didn't realize until today is that I think I actually had a lucid dream afterwards. I dreamt that all of a sudden I was sleeping at a matress on my floor, and my grandparents were babysitting me. And then I told my grandpa about my sleep paralysis and he just answered by "You can't always get what you want. You can't wish for a cake and expect it to be there next to your bed." Then I saw the cake next to my bed. It all felt so real. To this day I thought this was all real, but when my mom told me it wasn't I realized I had actually had a lucid dream. If you read all this, congrats. Just wanted to share.

I remember watching this they day it got uploaded. I gave up on lucid dreaming after you stopped making content on this channel; I don’t know why, but your videos gave me motivation to lucid dream.
I lucid dream “a lot”. I mostly lucid dream In the morning, I wake up, stay in bed, fall asleep and begin to lucid dream... but the worst part is that it fells so realistic that I begin my morning routine, then after 5 min I wake up, realize it was a dream and I have to do it all again :((
I dont lucid dream but one time I feel asleep and I woke up in the dream I somehow noticed that I was in a dream but I wasn't able to do anything not even move I wasn't even able to control my body but somehow I was moving idk I was doing random stuff even though I wasnt able to do anything
Today I had my first ever lucid dream. I have been trying for so many days. I have been doing dream journalling and whatever the other techniques are. today I got it in the most unexpected way. I knew it was a dream and after sometime when I was sure, I decided to do the reality checks and they worked. I was sure that it was a dream. I was so excited. I was not able to change my surroundings or fly in my dream yet. Whenever I tried I jumped, but it felt like I am I was floating. The first thing I decided to do is to look in the mirror because in one of the videos they said not to, so I decided to do it. After that, in my dream I was not able to see any people. I wanted to talk to my subconscious mind, so I just thought of a person and he appeared in front of me. We talked a little, and then due to some sound in real life, I woke up. It was the happiest moment of my life, then suddenly the memory of the dream was starting to vanish so I quickly wrote it down.

I just had my first lucid dream last night thanks to ur Tutorial. I was playing pool in my neighbors basement and my neighbors and family were there. Then the biggest giveaway that I was in a dream ever happened. A big stickman from one of my favorite games walked in. I realized I was in a dream, so I walked outside and stickman followed. I was kind of nervous, this particular stickman was a mega boss in the game it was from, so I tried to fly, and it worked. It was very windy that day, so windy it was hard to control flight, but I made my way downtown. I wondered what to do next, and I thought I was gonna be funny, it was my goal after all. So I shot pellets out of my hand at buildings, and they exploded into flames on impact. Some of the buildings were on fire and to avoid any cops I flew up and hovered in the air above the towers. I woke up and laughed.
When he says it was short. Me. Dude! The longest I can do is less than 5 seconds! And I'm basically like Hey! I'm dreaming! And lose control. That was not short!
I love how you mention the reality check not working! This is really interesting to me, especially since it came after you had stabilized the dream and while the dream was feeling incredibly real. It makes me wonder if these reality checks only work when the dream is less clear, and the more clear it becomes, the more grounded some of these things can become. I know I have had a dream (albeit not a lucid dream) where I saw my reflection in a mirror and it was perfectly normal--something they say doesn't happen. Anyway, fascinating video, thanks!
theres no reasoning behind it the reality check is just to train yourself to be mindful of your state of consciousness i fall for the fake reality all the time its normal/human to fail
I had a lucid dream once. During those times, I and my friend were totally focused on lucid dreams and watched many videos about it, but I've never followed the steps to lucid dream. Eventually one night, before going to bed, on my phone I saw a post and a photo with some sort of angel and the sentence "Sweet dreams" or something like that. I then proceeded to go to sleep like every night, nothing different. I began to dream something I don't remember, but something in the dream happened: I began thinking about the post I had seen before sleeping, the words "Sweet dreams" immediately changed everything. While being in the dream I thought "Sweet dreams eh... wait a second, this is a dream!". I didn't do any reality check, I simply took control of the dream and changed it in a lucid dream. I imagined playing Minecraft, but I was Steve, like I was inside Minecraft not playing it on a pc! I started punching wood, it didn't hurt at all, I only felt the wood as I kept punching it with my hands. Weather then changed to rain, and mobs spawned. A skeleton aggred me, and while he was preparing his bow to shoot an arrow, I got incredibly scared, because even if it was a dream it felt incredibly real, and ofc I was scared like if someone was going to shoot me an arrow in real life. The skeleton after like 3 seconds shot the arrow, and when the arrow hit me I woke up. I think I woke up because I've never experienced the pain of an arrow piercing your skin, so my brain couldn't emulate that. It was a cool dream, a bit short, but still cool. If anyone wants to lucid dream it's probably better to follow the steps shown in the videos, but my "lucky lucid dreaming" happened because I saw that post on phone before sleeping, so before going to sleep remember something about dreaming so that you can think about that while dreaming like I did! :)
Bro I always feel the pain in my dreams even if I've never experienced it before. I've felt pain so terrible that should have killed me but didn't for some reason so I was just stuck in the dream. That probably isn't normal but eh
You may not believe it, but I wathced one video of yours and I literally pulled of the lucid dream the next night, and I literally did what ever you did in this video.
I was looking for a comment with no replies so I could ask a question but you answered it, my question was is it normal to get your first lucid dream in 3 days, and also I think it wasn’t a lucid dream like I was aware I was in a dream but it was a dream where i just walked around the place and it wasn’t that vivid but I was saying I’m in a dream out loud
its weird how even the smallest sentence or movement can instantly allow you to become aware during a dream. its happened a few times to me and normally i just get confused and fall back into a regular dream but in the time you experience it its just awsome.
@@squidwardshouse5431 literally, most stories that i’ve heard that involve sleep paralysis always have people laying on their back or sides, never did i hear about somebody getting sleep paralysis by sleepin on their stomach.
Last night I even have a dream that I'm Kick Buttowski but with the ability to fly (barely ofcourse, cuz I don't get used to it). I also dreamed about getting lost in my city in the future. Oh my gosh... it was so beautiful and romantic, I wish I could stay there forever
I can categorize my dreams into the following categories: 1. The dream makes no sense at all 2. The dream does have an ... okay storyline, but it's very poorly and strangely executed (most of my dreams) 3. My smaller dreams get interrupted by other ones, making them clump into a single, big dream (no joke) 4. The dream has a storyline but it's just plain weird
Like, once, my dream where bats and otters fought in my garden got interrupted by some other dream (I have it on my diary) and then, after the other dream ends, the fight between the two continues. Also, can I mention that sometimes, the landscape and etc. is just plain beatiful?
I had a dream where I was at a mall, the escalator was on the edge and I fell. It was a dream so I fell slowly. Once I got near the mall fountain, I realized I was in a dream and can do anything thing I wanted. AND GUESS WHAT? out of everything I could do, I opened up a circle spawn menu like when you would see in game, spawned pizza and then ate it. After that I woke up

"I remember thinking how my body is literally lying in bed, and yet I'm standing here in a completely different world" I KNOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!! I've had so many lucid dreams but I still cant get over this. I've stopped thinking about how in reality I'm lying in bed because I heard that can make you wake up. And before I actually started learning lucid dreaming, I've had random rare lucid dreams. In all of those dreams I just get fuckin blown away by how real everything feels and how I'm literally just lying in bed and all this is in my head, but then I wake up immedietly. So I've stopped directly thinking about it, but I still kinda indirectly think about it and still get blown away by how real everything looks.
Hey man, I've never had a lucid dream and I really want to but im afraid I'll be in a lucid nightmare instead, any tips on what to expect or think of while dreaming?
Nice broo! Literally really good animation for first time! I can see your efforts! I am trying to lucid dreaming also! I will try WILD today I guess ! ❤️
My first lucid dream was a nightmare. I walked to the kitchen and looked outside, and saw a shadow of a monster in the night. Then I got scared and ran to the living room and it seemed like daytime. I was surprised and said, "Wait... day and night on both sides of the house? I'm dreaming! You know what, I'm going to go back to the kitchen and facing that monster. It's just a dream!" I bravely walk towards the kitchen and slenderman is there. I get scared again and say "Oh no. Bad idea. Wake up WAKE UP!" I accidentally fall and look up and slenderman is standing right in front of me, then I wake up. I forget how old I was when I had this dream, maybe 10? haha
to wake up in dreams you gotta close your eyes and start uh, when you lift an heavy object, you get that weird feeling, do that in your dream and youll wake up
So here’s my first: I was in this big city, with a giant old-looking turtle, and when I relized I was dreaming, I started flying up into the air, and it was probably one of the most amazing feelings I have ever had

Also, the first lucid dream i can remember was me eating and actually tasting the food about 8-9 years ago. The earliest dream i can remember was about 12-13 years ago. Not joking, i didnt even know what lucid dreaming was
I think I have the same thing. I remember when I was around 9 I had a lucid dream. I don't remember it, except at the end, where I was somehow their person flying.
Just letting you know that I had 2 dreams in 2 individual times, and each of these 2 dreams had 1 very noteable number. The first one featured the number 103, which was the age rating for a movie that my family was watching on Netflix. The second dream had the number 177, which was a percentage for my phone (no phones were harmed during the production of this dream). As it turns out, these numbers actually show up somewhere IRL. 103 was the numbee of dumplings Li Shan ate in Kung fu panda 3 to break Po's dumpling eating record, and 177 was the number of votes that Rubber Spatula got to debut in TPOT 1.

hello! I just want to tell a story about my lucid dream... (a bit shy to tell) so before I NEVER knew what was lucid dream, until I found you! You're channel! so when I watched your videos I finally know what is a lucid dream was! so until I dreamed something... (after I learned what is a lucid dream) so when I felt asleep, I started dreaming...so when I was dreaming, it was just Inside out, and I am one of Riley's mindworkers... but Riley is a new born so... instead of personality islands, we builded buildings... so I builded my favorite buildings and places, I builded The Mall where I live, the Clean Juice shop, and I felt like an expert of building... when I woke up, I realized that I might have lucid dreams before, I builded like I have had this before. So until I learned what is a lucid dream was... so thank you for sending these videos... I just want you for to know that my first learned lucid dream. Thank you!
A good way to check if you’re dreaming is to google something, the results will be in weird, distorted writing and you won’t be able to make sense of anything.
There are three dreams that I remembered: 1. I was walking down at the road. There's no urban city, no cars driving by, no nothing. Just grass surrounding the dirt road and trees at the distance. I remembered carrying my guitar with me as I was walking. And then the dream ended when I started to hear music in the background. 2. I was at some village or what it had appeared to be. It look somewhat old. Like if you seen photos of old farm houses in the 1920s. That's what it looks like. And then I heard something behind me. It was a whisper. Didn't know what the person said. And then I heard "CA-CRACK" from like miles away. And then I realized I was in combat during WWII, I don't remember the full detail. 3. Is pretty recent. But short. It was middle of the evening. I was looking at the mountains when I started seeing rockets blowing the shit out of it and before I woke up. I heard the volcano exploding. Those are the dreams I remembered that are strange.
This took 20+ hours to make but was so much fun to work on. Like the video if you want me to continue this series!

i remember my first lucid dream (or nightmare really)
I was just me getting out of bed in my bedroom and looking at my hands.

I mostly lucid dream In the morning, I wake up, stay in bed, fall asleep and begin to lucid dream... but the worst part is that it fells so realistic that I begin my morning routine, then after 5 min I wake up, realize it was a dream and I have to do it all again :((

🤩👌

3. My smaller dreams get interrupted by other ones, making them clump into a single, big dream (no joke)

You can train your mind to remember it
@@themartiangamer52 how tho?
Write a journal as soon as you get up and then idk you get better at remembering your dreams. I don't know how it works but you do.
@@zerozero5416 its a thing where you like think that you will and you will. Our minds are very complex.

There are three dreams that I remembered:
They might be connected
@@roxannegamer9824 hmm how so?
I would NOT do this if I would get Sleep Paralysis. I literally feel like I am dying ever night thinking about it.
