This was EXACTLY what I've been looking for! Thank you so much for your very good, easy to follow, step-by-step directions! Awesome! I can't wait to make this for my classroom!
Fantastic idea I can think of lots of ways to organize with these. And you have taken the math out of it for us. A must sew for me. Thanks for sharing.
what a great video - I like that you can customize it to suit and it is a better product than what you can buy in the store and as a crafter the only thing I need to go and buy is the vinyl.
I wish you were still making videos. I just found you and really enjoy your videos. Your directions are so clear and easy to follow. I’m subscribing just incase you begin again.
This is a great video thank you! I've just finished making this out of fabric (no vinyl) to hang up and store my daughters soft toys, and have been referring to this video religiously. Thank you!
I love this project! Your instructions are so easy to follow; thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial. I have a couple of sewing buddies and I think this would be fun to make together, with lunch along the way. Yes, I need to buy some vinyl too and have a JoAnn's coupon! Happy New Year! I can't wait to see what you make next!
@@seradoxa3537 it's just the regular tape like you use for gift wrapping but it's got a matte finish instead of being shiny. In Australia the brand is 'Scotch'
I love the vinyl idea, and your instructions are easy to understand, but I have loads of denim from blue jeans and quite a few yards of regular denim. Using your pattern I am hoping I can make at least two hanging organizers. Some of the denim might not work because of the thickness, but I am hoping this will make good use of the denim jeans and give me the space I need for "whatever" in two of the bedrooms. Thank you for sharing!
Love it . Simple explain .mesurements materials and technic. I like idea to have some kind of material what have not visible from far paternity making like a lines but not really . I will do like a hinging studio artist for my little one so she can drew next to me when I sew ....will be great she can use another side of wall to have her own studio and art with her mum .
if you take a few minutes to cut and stick a piece of the backing paper onto your presser foot, you wont need to lay down the paper and struggle to find where your sewing. you have to wait for it to dry though unless you use double sided tape.
thank you great video. maybe you should buy a Teflon foot. its a white plastic sewing machine foot. it sews vinyl easily. no need for the tissue paper. great video im so going to make this! also you can get clips so you dont get holes in the vinyl.
Really good suggestions! Thank you. I never bought Teflon foot because I didn't think id be doing that much sewing with vinyl... but it turns out I'm actually do a lot more. I guess the more I work with it the more I like it.
I used a black fabric as the background, and I quickly noticed that I couldn't stitch the lines straight with the extra layer of paper on top because I had no reference, and I couldn't see what was underneath...... It's a wonderful project to look at but so difficult to make by myself 😂😂😂
Hi, I love your video as I desperately need more storage as my craft room is the corner of my living room. I would need to hang the on a wall. Do you have a video that shows how to add rings or something to hang it from nails?
No, no video like that, but perhaps you could still use the wooden dowel (It does give it support and keeps it straight) and just add string or wire to each end of the dowel and hang it that way.
Love this!! Can’t wait to make a few for different crafting sewing projects

Brilliant explanation & tutorial! Thankyou.

Explained very nicely :) Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you. I sew with vinyl quite a bit. If you put a piece of magic tape on the bottom of your presser foot you won't need to use the tissue paper.
Oh brilliant! I didn't know that. I will definitely do that next time. Thanks!
Hello. What is magic tape?

Thank you! Just what I've been looking for!
I use the plastic shoe rack for my reusable water bottles, plastic cups and reusable straws.
Thank you! I just completed my version of your hanging organizer.
Thank you so much. I can't wait to make one if these organizers. Great video I'm going to subscribe right now.

That's a lovely video with clear instructions and no extra talks. May i know what size of sewing needle you used?
Wow, this is exactly what I am looking for. Can I purchase an organizer like this from you?
Superb
Thanks a lot
Wow🤗👌👏
This is great.😍 quick question please. Can you use organza instead of vinyl?
So do you measure 10 in between each level of where the pockets go?
