I believe it was simply the portside Surf Gate preset. It placed the wave's sweet spot about 7 to 8 feet behind the swim platform. The larger Power Wedge 2 is the equivalent of adding 300lbs. more ballast, which helps with wave size. However, our test boat had the all the optional ballast tanks as well.
What ballast settings would you recommend for having four people in the back of the boat while someone is surfing a a long tall wave
