Grew up in Estrella Mount Ranch, lived there from 2000 till 2023, hated to leave as I lived there my whole life and I am 29 now but the place how changed and its no longer the small town feel we all loved. Crazy that Rainbow Valley is right next to Estrella Mountain ranch and its a completely different looking type of living. Do an episode on Stardust Ranch out in Rainbow valley now thats its for sale again lol.
Rotory phones were awesome. I had my oldest try to work those phones and he couldn’t figure it out. Lol. You had to take the handset off the base and then dial.
Yo man can you tour the Glendale homes on N 52nd avenue and W ocotillo rd bro or the Glendale homes on N 62nd avenue and W lamar Rd they are 2 projects that are identical just 2 different locations bro !
Both are nicely priced but still outdated for the market, I would more interested in the water pressure and Electricity cost and Maintenace for that price point. That tile in the first home looked nasty to me and that would turn me off. I would rent the 2nd home even though the bedrooms are not defined but a chifforobe would fit in perfectly and I like the completed backyard.
The owner of the first home should invest in plants for the backyard. Because it lacks it, it's probably the reason why there's a lack of interest. The second home, with no closets in two of the so-called bedrooms, would be well suited for someone that is looking for a single bedroom home. Had those two bedrooms had closets, the place would more than likely already found a renter. And I too grew up with a landline phone with a long cord. Parents would give us kids scolding if we stretched the cord too far out, because the coil wouldn't coil back nicely. lol
You should have made it clear that lectric bikes are made in the US and specifically right here in north Phoenix. You can go there and take test rides.
Yep, you're right, other than me saying it a couple times per video and posting the ACTUAL ADDRESS in the video a couple times... I'm going to agree with you.
Rents are definitely doing down. I just renewed my lease for $200 less then what in currently paying. They are definitely trying to hold onto tenants with all the development happening in the West Valley.
House 1 I'm in California and that house would be 4000 so that's a good price super love your channel but that smoke detector is annoying 😂 the second house would be 3000 I had that phone those was the days 😅
Both homes are okay don't care 4 the open concept on the 2nd home. Would have been nice if the 2nd home had plantation blinds throughout also both are little over priced.😀
Straya ( Thats wat us aussies call #Australia. Ps. isn't the city of Phoenix Arizona running out of water Bra? Just something i was reading a few weeks back.
That first house worked out about $650 a week as i thought that was quite expensive n i mean its not in NY or LA or San Fan n also whos got that kind of cash im thinking diown there in Arizona, well i guess there are ppl who do. Just way to hot for me n i love my seasons also n my favorite ones are spring n autumn heir in nsw. I mean wat happens when the water runs short 'thats wat id be worried about buying home down that way.
I think house #1 is very nice. And $2,050 is a great price. Im in Southern California where a house like that would rent for $3,400 in the Inland Empire area, like Rancho Cucamonga, Corona and would rent for even more if in San Diego or the San Fernando Valley area like Sherman Oaks, Tarzana. The yard needs some trees and grass is all.
You are not alone. That really long phone cord meant you were livin' the life!

Big Super, you are not alone…

The long phone cord was a necessity when I was a teen.
Hi Big Super I think #1 home is great the price is good.

The long cord that would get tangled up on itself from being stretched out and you had to untwist it!

Hello from St.Louis
Do an update video on Chandler Arizona. I plan on moving there January.
🥳🥳🥳 I’m moving there in January too but I’m apartment hunting.
Chandler’s the best place to be in the Phoenix area 💯

Does it get over 100 degrees in Arizona?
House #1 was my fav. The second house layout was weird
Oh yeah I used to call my boyfriend, tried to dial slow in kitchen, cause mom and dad were in next room. Were talking 1985 time
Do they accept Section 8 for both properties?
Hello, can you do a video on chandler, Arizona?
Used 1 for sure
$2050 is a good price for that compared to Miami.
I tried to like but ❤
I see if you don't turn on lights in a room that there is something to hide.
