Discovered this game some time ago and I hope the devs really pour so much more work and love into it. It's such a good concept but it's still early days and very barebones
Difficulty: That high difficulty of those shooters are always what keeps me away from it, this one seems possible to do. Story: I'm with ya, I preferred guildwars back in the days for that, sadly they dropped that with gw2. I also like if you do can influence it slightly for some "cosmetics smarks" from the NPCs.
Firing rate does not mean more crits, each shoot has its individual crit chance, so it really doesn't matter if you shoot 50kHz of bullets or 10 bullets per second, each bullet has a 3% cc
All I keep hearing in my head is "DO A BARREL ROLL"
If you want it in your head even more, just go watch the Star Fox Zero level where you play as Peppy, where he says it EVERYTIME you do a barrel roll.

I just started games development and i was working on a 2d version of this game to learn godot, very cool to see a completed 3d version of the idea
Fun fact: It is not actually a barrel roll. It is a Aileron Roll.
