I agree, the ending is amazing. It’s one of those few songs that give you the sense that the band don’t want it to stop. They just keep playing that last sequence over and over and it just capsulates you to another world of mesmeration. Brilliant 👍

Def Leppard has been in my life for 40 years. I was turned on to their music by my sister who bought Pyromania. It was in 1987 that she bought me Hysteria. Since then, this band is a part of my life that is almost unexplainable. When I am down or lost in my life, I come back to them. I feel like their music is home. Thank you for these videos and your love for the band. I feel nothing but joy anytime I come across your channel or videos.

This version of the song and Steve's part in particular is HUGELY underrated. I really can't emphasis enough how much different this song feels live after Steve was no longer with the band. There was a soulful simplicity in everything he did. He was the perfect counterbalance to Phil.
By far...by far my favorite version of this song. Better than the album version and any other live version I have heard.

    Just one thing I thought.
Steve Clark.... Is there anyone who is better at playing the guitar than you?

I love listening to you play and could watch and listen all day long. Simply mesmerizing. I do have a request, if I may. I would love to hear you do “More Than A Feeling” by Boston. You’d slay that classic and I’m intrigued by what it would sound like. BTW, also love the variety of music that you do as well. 👍

Given i my opinion of all the Steve Clark RUclipsrs out there that cover his playing - you are by far the best, I have NO doubt this genius would be proud and humbled again Ben. Magnificent. My only gripe as you know is I want you to play on a LP. As the great man did.

@@bwm5150 still nothing sounds like a LP Custom with a Kahler and Boss delay pedals.. But as you know Steve played Strats and Tele's in the studio, recording quite a bit of the tracks on these guitars. He loved experimenting, or as his brother from another Mother might say "he had quirky tastes - he as able to find something quirky and make it commercial". When a guitar beast like Viv says openly and humbly "I still cannot play GoW" it adds context as to how sublime and brutal he could play.. Please keep playing. RESPECT...
