I owned some land. I built an investment property using my own money. Section 8 will pay 3014 monthly for the property. There is no debt obligations owned whatsoever. The house is listed under my LLC. The bank told me that I have to take it out of my LLc to get a mortgage on it. I make 200k a year and my credit score is around 800. My DTI great as I don’t have a lot of debt outside of my mortgage which is 653 a month. What are the qualifications for this?
You don't need any income for the dscr. As long as the property cashflows, you can typically get a dscr loan. Based on your scenario, this should work great. Reach out to me and I'm happy to help.

Is it possible to refi with no money down with the cash out refi option?
Yes with refinance, usually closing costs are taken out of the loan proceeds on a cash out. The only cost prior to closing would be the appraisal fee.

Same way. We'd do a loan application and collect initial documentation and get you pre-approved. You'd be ready to go after that. 😀
