That’s so inspiring and you just saved me from slipping in a dark hole, I was upset that I wasn’t able to lose weight while I am strictly keto dieting and exercising and walking every single day, and despite of all the efforts I am not seeing the scale moving! I was trying to convince myself to ignore the scale specially that I am seeing a progress in my overall body sizes specifically the waste size, but disappointment was not avoidable, when I saw this reel, I felt like I am recharged, and I am excited to resume my Journey… Thank you so much for sharing your struggles along with your positive results ❤ wish you a happy and a healthy life❤

Thanks! Being a woman is a certain age my doctor told me he is less concerned about weight and more concerned about strength! Exactly! I have more muscle, can lift heavy things, and still am able to ride a fast horse. A strong 71! 💪💪

Exactly it took me about 5 years to go from 312 to 132 lb you just have to be consistent sometimes you'll slip off sometimes you'll slip on you got to tweak things turn things around. These fast diets are nonsense the body doesn't lose that weight that quickly and if it does it'll come right back on. Also I've maintained since about 2014 with no regain

Yeah, we tend to forget. We didn't gain it all at one time. Suddenly BAM. NO it takes time and dedication. You MUST stick to it. To win. Congratulations to Alex. Well done.

Thanks for the great videos and advice.
I started working out 2 months ago and am trying to lose 200 pounds. Will take a while, I know that. I have been going to the gym 4 to 6 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes at a time, pretty much until i start feeling pain as per my chiropractor, mostly doing strength exercises on the weight machines and about 8 minutes of cardio per gym visit in a sit-down elliptical machine, not sure what it is called. I have a bad back and bad knees and cannot walk for more than 5 minutes without sitting down.
I will have to start tracking my food intake for calories. I usually eat 2 meals a day within an 8-to-9-hour period. I have been doing intermittent fasting the last year or two, off and on. And have lost some weight with that alone but not much.

I did cardio homeworkouts for 2 years and as a result my tummy fat burnt so much but my wrists, forearms and calves became so thin that they felt out of proportion so i started gym and the trainer helped me to regain them and i can see the difference

amazing! Someone finally says it.. Not everyone will lose 10-50lbs in 6 months or less. I mean, like every youtuber. But this isn't eveyrone's story plus not everyone is under 27 just downing soda, juice and tons of bread. Of course if they stop doing that the weight will disappear. If you don't eat like that, don't feel frustrated that your fat doesn't disappear as quickly.
