Garza and journalist Patt Morrison who moderated the panel featuring art critic Suzanne Muchnic, artist Judy Baca, historian Bill Deverell (also the director of the Huntington-USC Institute on California and the West as well as the author of "Whitewashed Adobe"), and attorney Alonzo Wickers IV, a partner at Davis Wright & Tremaine LLP. Introductions were made by public affairs executive Kim McCleary La France and publisher David Hiller from the Los Angeles Times.
