What an amazing mod for an amazing boss! Loved that the beast clergyman can jump on the pillars, and that he has more attacks. Malekith is an amazing boss, and after he bullied and no hit me several times I got good and learned how to how to no hit and script him. The changes are so subtle but make the fight much better, and more unpredictable. If I ever play this mod I certainly will cower before Malekith, the black blade!
@@triforceofcourage100 like most other bothers he has a well integrated but cheap trick built into him, in this case having no visible openings but after a few tries with a decent build if you explore his moveset it turns out that he’s relatively balanced obviously he’s difficult but not as difficult as he should’ve been, considering his sword is the worlds only form of actual death the beast clergyman sucks as well, maliketh should’ve had a second healthbar
Maliketh's OST is absolutely chilling. There's a part in the beginning at 0:56 where a beautiful but horrifying swell of strings builds up. It's audible here at 1:18, with the previously mentioned timestamp being the time it comes in on the actual OST on Spotify. And then of course at the halfway mark, the whole mood changes, and it gets dark. Fucking gnarly.
Try prime Midir he is much worsе, if you are not a sorcerer he become absolutely unkillable, he become a mmo-RPG season Boss but in MMO you are many in DS 3 you are alone
Not really a fan of adding instant 50/50s to cover openings. Forcing you to roll 5 more times before you can hit him isn't really that fun.@@Cellthegamer

Nice mod, when I saw the garden of eyes maliketh I thought maliketh was a bit underwhelming, as they focused on less aerial attacks, but the aerial attacks and combos are the coolest and most fun to evade, no hate to garden of eyes obviously, his mods look cool. I might just do a lightly modded playthrough when the dlc comes. Any other great single boss overhaul mods?

Here are my nitpicks with this boss, yes I know I sound like a 🤓and that some of this is hard to control. No. 1 - 0:44 Looks unnatural but good idea for a new move. No. 2 - 1:38 Animations need slight refining. No. 3 - 1:53 2 of these attacks is unnecessary. No. 4 - 3:08 Healing spell looks strange, could've alternately just given him Bestial Vitality (5 HP/second for 120 seconds) or increased his health to 75% or 100%. It is important to keep his resistances and absorptions as compensation for his high damage and DOT. No. 5 - 3:14 Maliketh can be easily stunlocked if you know what you're doing due to him just having 80 poise, poise could be increased to 120. No. 6 - 3:28 This scream lasts a bit too long but good idea for a new move. No. 7 - 3:36 This transition to continue the combo looks unnatural, great idea though. No. 8 - 3:44 Window for punish is a bit too short for such a long and deadly combo, could be extended by having him drag the blade out of the ground longer. No. 9 - 3:50 Parameter for this attack needs to be modified to only happen at medium range, so either his double attack spin or this attack could happen. No. 10 - 3:54 2 Destined Death attacks is unnecessary and covers too much area.
It´s always with them soulsborne games. There´s at least one Boss I want to see at their absolute peak. Artorias, Vendrick, I´d love to say the Nameless King but the his Boss Fight is so friggin hard bc he IS actually at his peak. He´s a god who never lost so no dying and no decay, Bloodborne would be Ludwig and on Elden Ring it´s Maliketh, Radagon, Malenia and Radahn. Imagine Maliketh monster walks into a kingdom full of knights and drawing his blade like in the cutscene with that phrase "O Death, become my blade" and there is a Lion Abomination with armor and a cursed blade that seeks destruction...goooosh I want to see this.

Extremely interesting. But, just like the original Maliketh, the problem with this one is there's no full health bar for Mliketh himself. Whoever is doing these "prime" mods should consider doubling or tripling Maliketh's health.
That actually is the lore accurate way it should happen. If you die to destined death, that's it, no more respawns. But of course that would make for awful gameplay
People play perma death modes in games, this actually wouldn't be as bad because only dying to destined death would be perma death. Would cause Extreme anxiety for the Maliketh fight tho
That didnt really highlight any increase in power. You one hit staggered him twice and all he did was spam black blade. Beast clergyman looked much better than maliketh
