Try an amazing mod called sacred arsenal it let's you use morgott weapons plus his sword rain or try morgott Holy armaments mod that mix his curved sword moveset with his golden weapons or moveset modpack that combines both
Wow so this is what I assume prime Morgott was capable of. Some will say the protagonist Tarnished was lucky he fought them past there prime but I'd like to think more of a challenge. I'd like to see next true potential elden lord Tarnished! Now that would be scary. A real godkiller.
This is proof that everyone wishes morgott was harder. They really need to patch this fight and give maliketh more health in his second phase and the end game will be perfect.
I get what you're trying to say, but by your logic, Unalloyed Malenia is proof that everyone wants her to be harder. Mechanically, I do think Morgott was undersold, but this isn't evidence to assume the majority of the playerbase wants him to be harder. You'd need a poll for that.

So...even with mods he still remains weak... Modded Maliketh and Malenia look near impossible. Modded Radahn looks good and strong. But when I look on Morgott I still feel bad for him. In base game all his cool moveset can be thrown out of the window because of his low HP pool. And the mod doesn't change this at all...
This wasn't the right mod. Look up the "Morgott, Lord of Grace" mod. It isn't as bad as Unalloyed Malenia, but it's certainly a challenge on the level of Conqueror of the Stars Radahn.

Morgott was a statesman and strategist, not necessarily the strongest warrior. His victory against Radahn (shown in the intro cutscene and the Leyndell sword memorial) seems to have been off a carefully-planned ambush. His real speciality seems to have been that he was somehow secretly a better commander than Radahn or even Malenia, given that he controls the most territory and is able to project power the furthest of all the demigods.
I don't think he's a popular enough character for modders to bother. Second off, in the history he wasn't exactly impressive- he drew with Rennala and was considered Godfrey's inferior as a warrior. It was Marika who had most of the real glory attributed to her, such as the defeat of the Fell God of the Giants. In fact, it's a pertinent theme that he was surpassed by his children. He certainly doesn't have Malenia's dangerous reputation, or Miquella's penchant for wisdom.

To be fair he basically uses a gold version of the carian knight sorceries hammer slashes stabs only thing that’s missing are the daggers
