All good advice here. I've done four Hyrox races now and I think many Hyrox coaches on YT don't put enough emphasis on the importance of solid, threshold level running- especially if you're only doing the open division.

Yeah valid! Like your ability to run quickly pre and post fatigue is going to be key! I see so many people smashing stations and struggling to run!
