I can see where this is useful when living that close to work and saving a ton on gas going to and from. The fold dow feature is nice for storing the unit in the corner out of the way.
Yes for sure. Especially during these COVID times, I was getting nervous on public transportation as people won't wear masks. I'm fortunate that I live close enough I can use this and store this in my office at work due to it's low profile.
I got the scooter after months of looking for deals , I am 6’2 250 bigger build and I was honestly skeptical at first , after hours of watching videos and reading reviews I decided to buy it ! Honestly it’s a great budget starter scooter , I wear size 10.5 in shoes and my feet sit just right on the base . She goes in sport and is a chill ride on eco . A ride to my friends and back for a total of 7km brings it down 2 bars so I’m guessing 20-28km on a full charge . I’ll leave another review after a month of riding to and from work and leisure to let you guys know more but honestly if you need a zoomer to get around town faster than walking and hate the bus transit systems this is for you !
*Battery life is great **Latest.Bike** Scooter . Love the different driving modes. It’s got a little headlight and taillight too. Gets lots of looks haha*
Wow, companies reaching out, nice. Things are looking up. Love the drone footage at the beginning by the way. Interestingly, I heard on the grapevine that they are trying to bring bills in place here in the UK to try to limit use of electric scooters. I've heard that some have been confiscated. As far as I can see, the overwhelming amount of people I've seen using them do so safely; but I think government are pushing for limitations due to apparent safety concerns. I was considering getting one of these (not sure which model) to use for Uber or Deliveroo on my days off; so I'll keep an eye on where government is going with this. Thanks for the review; really helps because I know next to nothing about these things.
Great to hear from you! Yes, i'm fortunate that I've grown enough to get product sponsors. I'm surprised that UK is trying to ban e-scooters. It hasn't really take off in Canada and it's not really popular here enough for people to make a big deal about it. Let me know if you have any questions and i'll answer it my next video!
Hi I hope u figured it out but if it's red it's not fully charged but green means fully charged btw you can download a app and it shows your scooter and it shows how much it's charged by the way how is the wear and tear?
I think this review is fine when the model is new. I bought it and after 4 months several issues with the electronic happened, and I tend to do not use it a lot. The reasons why I do not recommend to buy it it is because the factory does not provide a instructions manual which commons issues or other support. When I contacted them in order to get the documentation, they said "We recommend for you to send it out for repair, either with us through our repair center, or to a local repair shop, as we do not have any available documentation to remedy the situation". Also After 90 days, they can still assist you with the repair, however the following charges will apply:- $35 + tax diagnostic fee, and any replacement parts are extra. Try to buy a better scooter.
Thanks for commenting. I agree. An e-scooter is really for a niche market. With COVID, this is the cheapest and safest option for me to commute to work. I'm fortunate enough to live close enough to my work to use it.
I just got the Flash 3.0 as a gift, but it seems they've updated the design since this video came out. Maybe the Canadian model is different, but my display layout looks a lot different to me. Thanks for the video though!
Hi there, I know u have sold ur gyrocotors but I was wondering if u remember if u had to pump up a flat tire, was ur tire every flat, and if it was how do u pump it up ?
Hi there. It can handle a gradual incline as long as you hit it with speed. If you do any climb from a stand still or a steep hill, it won't have power
Hi. After 10 months of usage how is your experience with the Gyrocopters Flash 3.0. Is it still working fine or any problems with the range or anything? Please let me know as I'm thinking to buy this one.
HI there, I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba where we had crazy weather systems of snowstorms and floods in April/May so I did my first real ride last week. In all, I've used it for a total of 5 months before winter of last year. I did proper maintenance over the winter, making sure it was charged above 80% the whole winter and not letting the battery die. I rode it a few more times this week to make sure it's working before I sell it. I haven't seen a drop in performance or battery.
could I know how to start the Gyrocopters Flash 3.0? I turned on the power button and display the speed mode and the speed level in the LCD display, but it displays zero(0) speed and nothing happened to the wheel motors. So I want to know how to start and move it.
HI there. It's not IP rated, so I would not ride it in heavy rain. I was caught in light showers twice over the summer and as soon as I got home and I wiped the break pad when I got home. I wouldn't ride this in the rain too often or go through deep puddles.
I ordered 2 of these scooters yesterday for my daughter and I to cruise around. I was curious if you had any comment about how this scooter would be to ride for tall individuals? I am 6’2” and the only concern that I have is handlebar height.
I tested mine today and for a 1st timer on a scooter, it was an amazing ride on the Flash 3.0! I was afraid the hard rubber tires will give shaky ride but not the case at all as I think the dual suspension really helps. It took me literally about 20 mins or less to get used to it and after that I was cruising on Sport mode speed (the throttle is like a gas pedal in that you can vary the speed). And I like the 'cruise' control feature too. I also have an e-bike (converted) to compare the throttling and ride. I find that the e-scooter gives you a more 'thrill' and 'cool' ride than a bike. Overall, I am impressed with the Flash 3.0 from Gyrocopters.
Hi there. Unfortunately, i'm only 5'9 and my arm angle feels fine. Another commenter on here who is 5'11 commented that it should work out for you. You'll really like the scooter.
@@georgek1880 NIce! It's a great budget friendly e-scooter to zip around. I just posted a video on my riding experience on different surfaces and I don't have any complaints. 25km/h is fast enough for city riding.
Thank you George and Will. I appreciate the responses and I am feeling much better about the handlebar height. On the Gyrocopter website there is a photo that gives the basic dimensions of the scooter and it incorrectly lists the height from the front wheel to the handlebars as 48cm (crazy because the same image has the height when folded listed as 47cm). I have estimated around 120-125cm as the height of the front end which I will be happy with. Thank you for taking the time to write back.

When you go to work how do you keep it safe?????
Thanks for showing scooter i am gonna order right now👍🏻
hey! is the locking thingy made of plastic? does it feel solid? wouldn't want it to break
It’s made out of hard plastic and it feels pretty solid. It’s pretty thick and I don’t think it will snap
If you put a strong magnet on it and feels slightly magnetic then it's aluminum as opposed to zero magnetic for plastic.
Any idea where the Serial Number of the scooter is located? I couldn't find it.

Hi there. Unfortunately, it does not have a turtle mode. You can still walk with the power on, it states my walking is about 3 km/h on the display.
How long does it take to be fully charge pls ?
It takes about 6 hours to fully charge

I usually let it charged until the power brick indicator is green. I don't partially charge it.
