It's one 2-piece unit, they respond together at all times, all 4 squads are 2-piece, been that way since 2000

Chicago no longer has tillers for a couple of reasons all to do with cost, the Tiller man is a qualified position, often when they still had them they were paying overtime to man the tiller, also tillers are expensive rigs , Chicago's financial situation is not the best
