I’ve been using my soldering iron for a year now thanks to you. It makes life so much easier in the garden. Thanks so much Robbie for that tip! I love watching your channel, love your smile and enthusiasm and all your helpful information! Have a happy day.😄
Going to start my tub garden today. Thanks so much for all information on how to do it. I have started bell peppers and other peppers from seeds out of the ones I bought. The one plant I have growing all winter long in my south window. Will but it outside next month when it wont freeze at night. You are a wonderful person to help people like me. I also do the hummingbird feeders but don't know when I should put them out this year. I live in southern New Mexico.
Thank you for your tips about the soldering iron. I used to either wait for my husband to charge the cordless drill or try to use it myself and remember how to change the drill bits. 😕😖 Now I just get out my soldering iron and Voila! Holes in just a few minutes. 😀😊😁
Thank u for the demonstration on ur garden tool. I love all the friends u have there in the background lol. Soon they will be flying here to Pennsylvania. If u can give kitty a 💋 from me. She is so darling. :)) have a great day! And keep up the great ideas. Bcuz we all love watching u come up with so many neat creativity. ❤❤❤
I got my soldering iron via your ebay link and I love it! I think I OD'd on the number of holes I made on the mobile compost in place yogurt containers tho, but it was so much fun to use! It gets super hot and I barely use any pressure at all. I found that if I let it sit on the plastic it will melt a fairly large drain hole. My drill has to charge for hours so having a quicker way to get the job done has been great! Thanks Robbie 😁
Using a drill for these simple gardening functions is a big PIA. Use mine so much I decided to get a couple of back up soldering irons to have on hand, just in case.
That is awesome! Your drill sounds like my drill, the battery is always run down (cheap drill). The soldering iron just works great, can use even if the totes are already set up, I can add extra holes anytime AND I now am using them for ALL kinds of fun projects, COMING soon, take care, and THANKS
Because if you I bought a soldering iron. I bought mine from Amazon, spent about $12.00. Mine has several tips, I use them all. I use this tool all the time. I love mine.
I have been watching your UTube for about a year and want to tell you how I eat Swiss Chard. I chop and boil, then drain the water. Take a sharp fork and get a little chard and dip it in your favorite salad dressing. Like dipping lobster in butter. I love chard this way. I also like dipping blueberries in sour cream!
OMG, I’m getting so excited....! Was able to get San Marzano tomatoes as well as Juliet plants. Plus I’ve grown 5 heirloom varieties from seed under a grow light. And lots of different peppers from Baker Creek as well. I wish I had some one near that gets as excited about gardening. Then of course I’ve got lots on the patio garden 🪴! Gong a bit crazy for FRESH LIVE food!
I love your videos! You have so many hummingbirds. We are just barely getting them to come back. I noticed two today fir the first time. There is one that stayed all winter and he came and ate all winter. But the two I saw today looked smaller than the one that stayed all winter. I will look at Walmart!!! 🤗🤗
They are coming back and lots are hanging out here until the weather gets warmer to continue to migrate, but tonight we are going to be in the low 40's, thank you!
@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasy you are the one that got me feeding hummingbirds. This year I bought umbrellas incase we have smoke like last year. I’m going to hang their food and their fountains under the umbrellas. Thank you for all your ideas. It going to be in 30’s here in Central CA !
I saw you doing this last year and I have been using it to make holes every since. That is one of the best ideas that I have come across. Thank you! 👍😀🌱🌻🌼😍🌷
Love your videos, I have made a solar fountain for the birds and now (it took awhile for them to use it) have sweet green and yellow finches that come to drink & bath, it is so fun to watch. I also planted veggies in my first tote, so I am excited to watch them grow! I thought I would be really crafty and use a melmac serving dish for my solar fountain...That is NOT going to work with the soldering iron. (might with a drill?) She is using items that are Plastic, which is what I thought melmac was....it's not really. Be sure and listen to Robbie. Use a table when making holes (especially when using the soldering iron for the first few times) and have a dish to put it on as she suggested. I burned my finger rather badly on my attempt with melmac, totally my own fault. I am going to make another fountain, soon. I have a little plastic water can, so I'm hoping to make one similar to the one in a previous video.
On the melmac, I would use a dremel if the drill does not work. Sounds fun your projects! More coming with solar fountains too, and some will be using a soldering iron, thanks so much, take care! (and I have burned myself with a GLUE gun....my fault too 😊)
I bought mine from Amazon. I've had it several years. It is heavy duty and came with several different tips. I use them all. It is a wonderful tool. Mine says it is LDK brand on the box.
Thanks for your input, it is appreciated. Also, just to note for those watching ....never leave your soldering iron unattended, like Robbie said they get really hot and can cause a fire. Safety precautions always 😊 Robbie you and Gary are such an inspiration Thanks again! ✨✨✨
You are right, they get super hot. While I'm using mine I set it in one of those disposable aluminum foil pans. They are cheap and the whole soldering iron fits in it so it won't fall over and burn anything. I double up the pans so it has 2 layers for extra safety. Happy Gardening! 💓❤️🧡💛💚💕
I love hummingbirds, they are such tiny, beautifully coloured birds. Did you know they are the only bird that can fly backwards? I wish I lived in a country that has hummingbirds.
Great timing! I juts ordered one today from Amazon. I wanted one with great reviews and this on has 5 different heads and 60 W. It cost me $14. I am a bit concerned about the fume when the plastic melts. How toxic is that? I am going to use it outside on my deck and probably wear a mask though.
Robbie I had a hummingbird with a red head and neck at 12:45 am came and got his sugar water . I thought they don’t go after dark. I have a leaf less tree right in front of my balcony where he could see so maybe he wanted to get ahead of the other hummingbirds lol. I have 3
That is very odd, they do not fly at night, BUT if he was staving, at least he was smart enough to get some sugar water from a familiar feeder he knew, which may have saved his life....GOOD and WONDERFUL you had that out for that little guy! I have Christmas lights here on our window with all the feeders, so some can come just as it is getting dark to get that last drink, Thank you!
@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasy Ty Robbie . It was odd my apartment has a porch light that stays on so he was able to see. And yes he probably was starving.
I do but most are too young to fruit, the only ones I can think of are the Pomegranates and Nectarine trees have given us lots fruit and were planted from seed.
I use a coffee cup to hold my iron. Love watching you, thank you for all the tips. an sharing your humming birds with use.
Robbie I can't concentrate those beautiful humming birds are having such a good time! I've never seen anything like that before.
Robbie, you ROCK!!!! Love ALL your videos! Keep up being great, and keep em coming!
We have the same dinner plates, I think they are original Correll. Thank You for all your videos, I have learned so much.
Yay!!! Thanks for the tips on soldering iron! I do not like using the drill!!
Happy to help! IF doing a lot, best to use it outside, THANKS
This is crazy .. I just went shopping looking for one but had no idea which to buy. And along comes Robbie to save the day !! XXOoO

Hi Robbie, I would love to know if I can use a Papaya from the market to propagate the seeds?
Yes you can! WE did, that is how we started our here, Thanks
Robbie i just got 4 medium wadding pools for my garden. How would you suggest I fill these without spending alot of money.
Hi Robbie my question is have you ever planted a fruit tree from a seed and if you did how do you go about it.
I do but most are too young to fruit, the only ones I can think of are the Pomegranates and Nectarine trees have given us lots fruit and were planted from seed.
A wet sponge also works to clean your soldering iron.
That is right, Thanks
Just watched your fig video. Did you ever take cuttings from the strawberry fig tree?
Do you have matings seeds or should I order them from eBay?
I do not sell seeds right now, if that is what you are asking. I buy my seeds on ebay too. Take care
👍🏻♥️😊
Thanks
I can't seem to find my Soldering iron.
You can get a cheap one so you will have two, like me, I too misplace mine at times, take care
@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasythank you i will buy one because they are few dollars.
I use a wood burning tool.
Yes, that will work too!
Dangit! I spent $20 on mine and it still wiggly. :-/
