The calamity and dystopia of trying to appeal and to everyone in your general audience can be hectic and both capture that. It also touches on the ways artists try to maintain their sanity through women, drugs, and materialism. It all wraps up and touches on how one has to be a ‘Sicko’ to actually survive in the music industry. But then again I may be reading into it too deep.
