My fiance was shot by the us marshal fugitive task force on December 1st 2023 in sandy utah he was un armed and the call reporting him was made by someone who had a vendetta against him and told the 911 responder that he was going to shoot his mom and then soot everyone in the apartment complex then him self but that was grossly untrue he was there to help hos mother who had surgery and to help me with going through my dads things who passed away on November 9th 2023 from the ozempic shoot. The task force were less than 3 feet away from him when they opened fire without any verbal warning and without any de-escalateion tactics they could have taped him. But they completely used extreme over essessive use of force so much so that in a tiny one room apartment kitchen was completely demolished and a bullet even shot him somany times the bullet went through him through the kitchen tiles and out in to the hall through the wall they are refusing to release anything to the family and have told us that the badge cams and reports about the call the incident the Autopsy even the release of personal property has been federally sealed by the Supreme Court and is still under active investigation. We really need help to find out what our rights are here because the team involved in this wrongful death is telling us that they are protected under qualify immunity so they even if they did shoot first and failed to ask questions or interview witnesses and regardless of it being a Justified killing or not they will not be invested or anything.

Excellent coverage and analysis. Would be swell to see a video on the US Postal Inspection Service

Those street cops definitely don't train with USMS and it shows.

Hey sir, former Ranger Bart guy here. Wondering if you’d be willing to answer a few questions for me. Do you have an email I can send some questions to?

Oh my god that was painful to watch, but not surprising is not the fault of the officers is on the politicians for defunding departments across the nations so these officers do not get properly trained to deal with these situations. And specially no hood candidate is willing to work for Chicago PD… you have to be crazy to want to work in a big city PD nowadays anyways.

@@BasedAurelius Yea training is pretty important and I don’t know why many officers decide not to pay much attention to it, if I get on the job I’ll get as much training as I can. There is no way I’ll be an officer without training on the regular basis to save myself and my fellow officers.

That was painful to watch. Ugh. I guess that's what happens when you have to take anyone off the street who applies.

Not really, it’s more of lack of continuous training that the department in whole doesn’t do. Big departments get stuck in their bad ways and that results in bad outcomes ! Just because your CPD,NYPD, LAPD etc doesn’t mean your training should stop.
