But I'm at a point where it all feels worth it now and well, since every other piece of property out here is absurdly priced, I can always sell it for a pretty good profit. Then I can buy my neighbors place and do it all over again. Ha!

OMGosh!! This looks so good. At first I wasn’t sure about the lighter boards, because I thought they might not present enough “pop.” But once you started installing them, I totally fell in love with design. The gray really pops. I just love these colors. Well done. 🎉
