Hi Cool Chris, I just went on a week long bike trip and used it every night. It worked great. One night it was really windy which caused the alarm to go off :) Thanks for watching.

Hi WildOn2s, Sorry for the late reply. Your comment ended up in the "likely spam" tab and I didn't even know what that was until know. I used this on an 8 day motorcycle trip and it gives you a little piece of mind. We normally stay at low cost motels and it's nice to know you have a lock on your bike while your sleeping. Thanks for watching.
Hi redbaron2448, Great question! I did a quick test with mine, and the siren will go off for roughly 10 seconds, then arm again. If you set it off again, the siren will go off for another 10 seconds... Thanks for watching!
Hi, thanks for that. I just bought one, and I got a doubt... We only can transporte it with the barrel opened!? I got very to concerned that for some reason during a trip inside my bag it´s close and start to alarm... Regards from Brazil
So I live in an apartment and have to use a cover cause I dont have a gurage. Is it so sensitive that the cover hitting it will cause it to go off? Its very windy were I live so it will be slept by the cover.
Hi Stephane, It's just there as a reminder. For example, say in the morning you come out to the bike and try to ride it without taking it off, you might cause some damage. The cable helps you remember to remove the lock :) Thanks for watching.
Hi Sir.. I used disclock in my rear rotor. I forgot to remove it, I run my motorcycle 3 times high revolution.. Wonders why my engine shuts everytime. Does this cause harm to motorcycle engine?
Hi Marco, For this example, the lock was installed on the front disk. You want to make sure to remove the lock before running the motorcycle just to make sure you don't hurt anything. Thanks for watching.
Bought this. However, my alarm goes off within about 30 seconds of setting without being touched. No wind and no rain alarm still goes off. Fresh batteries inatallwd and I disconnected the orange cord thing it was pulling on the disc lock. Even without the cord my alarm goes off. I had to take batteries out of it to use it.
Yeah. It's a great lock on its own without the alarm. For me it's a good deterrent. If someone really really wants the bike, they'll find a way around any lock or alarm... I saw a video and four guys just pick up the entire bike and put it in a van@@johncarnes2688
Hi Hottotty13, Your right. If a bad guy tried to ride off with the bike, they would only get a few inches away because the lock is connected into the rotor disc. I always try to remember to put on the cord to the handle bar grip so I don't try to ride off with the alarm locked on :) thanks for watching.
Hi Willy Wonka, Not sure. The alarm will go off for a long time and then reset. I'm not sure how long "a long time" means. It's very touchy to. Sometimes a really strong wind will set it off...
Can this lock be easily broken off once a thief begins to work in a hurry right after the alarm sounds? Are it's this lock very strong an regardless how forceful the thief is will not be able to break the lock an move it? That's what type of Security Lock in looking for. When a alarm goes off a thief is going to work extra fast to be able to get away with why in the first place he approached the motor bike in the first place. So if you don't want to create a video showing just how strong your Security Lock is locked onto your wheel, an you don't mind taking a chance breaking your lock to just to prove a point to see if your lock is indeed safe from a thief in a quick an fast hurry to get away from your motor bike. I think it's worth trying to break a lock than lose your motor bike. So just let your RUclips audience know the true facts of this safety security lock for your motorbike. Thanks for your video 😁.
Hi Billy, Yeah. I guess I'd say that most locks are just a deterrent. Mainly it's there to keep honest people honest. I'd also guess most locks can be "broken" into if you try hard enough and have enough time. I'd also guess most robbers look for an easy target. This lock isn't the easiest to break into and the high sound alarm adds just one more deterrent drawing attention because of the alarm going off. Thanks for watching!!
