Mate, it's not common for 'y' used as a vowel pronounced as 'yi'. It's normal to think it's pronounced either as the 'y' consonant or 'ih' - a short, sharp vowel sound. It's not a frequent Anglophone pronounciation.

Wisconsin is legit a party state, I have never been to any place in my state that doesn't sell alcohol or cheese curds. That's what I thought about when he was describing the Midwest, Beer and Cheese.

You weren't in Minnesota on the Fourth of July a few years back, were you. (Aka the time I almost passed out because nobody thought to give the people on the float some water or something during the 2 hour parade in 104 degree heat)

During the summer Minnesota can get really hot, but in the winter it can go really cold.

PupCake1025 the midwest sucks because the winters are cold as hell but the summers can be just as hot as southern states, plus it gets humid really easily.
I think people forget that the Midwest actually experiences ALL 4 seasons unlike the rest of the states who experience like what 2 seasons? We aren't just cold 365 haha
