Quick note lads - if you're having trouble finding bits for the Isuzu try finding bits from a Mazda BT-50 as they're practically the same. 😁
Love the Scirocco (apart from being a diesel) but would look better with the genuine VW turbine alloys to be honest - if all else fails you could do an EA888 engine swap 🤣🤣

All the rebuilds interest me but the stand out motor was I think the M4. I'd like to see more of the higher end rebuilds. They're not so common and from a buyers perspective, buying a categorised higher end motor can often be the only opportunity for ordinary (ie not able to afford to pay top whack) people like me to have something a little more special so the more cars like the M4 you put back on the road the better. Either way, great videos. Keep up the good work.
Worth mentioning the Matt paint finish you were talking about on the van. That finish is heavy on special care, I think it's the Kia warranty doesn't even cover Matt paint on their vehicles!
Worth checking out the requirements of looking after it.
As for the videos, you guys are really good at what you do & good entertainers showing warts & all on show. sense of humour, witty comments & some strange words. TBH I'd watch anything you put out there!
It’s been brilliant so far TBH. I really hope you go from strength to strength and get your own unit. Can’t wait for the Isuzu truck, most of the Far East drive IZUSU so you never know more International viewers!

Im keeping my fingers crossed this all works out for you guy's. Been here from the 1st video. The success im hoping you guys achieve is Mat Armstrong levels and higher. If you think of where he started repairing his girls Audi TT outside his house to restaurant car park and his own unit it can be done. I'll watch whatever you guys post. In a business sense it would make sense to do what sells. That being said if what sells fits in with your passions/interest you cant go wrong imo. Your enthusiasm and great team will get you to where you need to get. I'm positive I'll see that Delta Integrale that you promised for 1 million subs :)) On the topic of what's fun to watch for folks, just follow the Google Trends. The ones that Google cars, search that cars on RUclips. I've been working for a few in editing and marketing and the best advise I can give you is to go with the trend, but keep your brand (the fine work, humor and editing) to your liking as you're already doing an awesome job. Nice one mate that means a lot! Jono might know but how do I find what's trending at any particular time? Just Google what's the most searched car?
@@TransformotionVR I don't know if YT will allow me to live a link, but google "google trends". This site is made and owned by google and records all search queries. You can search there by name brand names and models and see how many people use google to search for that particular word. Than you compile what you find and should give you an idea on what people are more interested in. You can use the data from your channel too to narrow the search for where your most subscribers are coming from. Another idea would be to use Gemini (Google's AI) with the same intent. It's still hard to get a straight answer from it on statistics , but I have used it with some success. I hope it helps, and I'm always around if I can help with more details. Just buzz me! Have you thought about offering the vehicles to the channel viewers? As maybe someone that's been watching the builds might want to buy one as they have already seen how well they were put back together.
I had to laugh when Andy mentioned the Jigist, as I thought that, that was someone who used to go to the Grafton on a grab a granny night back in the day. 🤣
Ha ha well there cars are out there now so If anyones interested they know they're for sale, tbh wr came in this morning and the scirocco is up to £5k on ebay so it might have worked and someone's messaged us on insta about the merc. Love the Merc. I'd like to see some cheap builds with a twist. Toyota MRS with a 2zz engine out of a celica or an old hilux with a 1UZ V8 out of a ls400. Keep the spend down so it doesn't owe you much and it'll sell easier too.
Id love to do all that kinda work but having a small unit and having to put the trailer in every night would get on my nerves ha ha maybe when we've got a bigger unit

I watched the Yorkshire restoration boys do Mat Armstrong's BMW, pretty good "Jiggists" them boys. They should sort the Vito out.
You guys seem to be at that really hard stage where the channel is doing well enough, building a bit of momentum and you've found your groove so warrants more time dedicated to it but not quite well enough to be the full time job.
In terms of content, I'm going to give the least helpful answer by saying "what ever you guys are enthused for" because i think Andy and Liam bantering through a job is as much of the appeal as the job itself.
Yeah we need the subs/views to shoot up so we can leave our normal job ha ha 😂 we need a build that goes viral! 😉
To give me a final push to doing it myself I would like to see you guys doing something cheap around the 1-2k mark. A quick turnover that doesn't need much work done but is a good easy £300+ profit for a day or two's work.
I think that's what we're going to do next, a cheaper build weather it be crash damaged or mechanical damage

Love the videos how about an affordable classic MK2 Golf’s have gone up what about a Mk3 golf with an engine conversion.
Thank you mate! I do like the mk 2's but was never a massive fan of the mk 3's, I did see a mk3 at a rolling road day once, I think it was a VR6 with a turbo bolted to it. I'm sure it made about 450bhp
@@TransformotionVR i was never a fan of the MK3 that much as well (even though i had a Golf Driver as my first car).they can make good power with a supercharged VR6 was just thinking budget wise the MK2s have gone up if you can not get one of them.i sold mine last year after having it 15 years it was mint gutted it went.Your bebusy with Matts Range Rover for another few months anyway 😂

Chug out some flippers for the doe lads. Focus ST’s, Golf GTI’s, Audi TT’s the stuff that’s not totally bosched that can get you closer to the dream quicker. The content is always enjoyable no matter what the value of the motor is so better knocking out 2 10k cars with 3k profit each than 1 20k car with 3k profit. Keeps the content fresh. Get Matt to punt them in exchange for his Rust Rover repairs 😜

Erm tough one to answer as we don't know how long things would take to repair so how do you work out what it'd cost, I think id get to messy with oh you could have bought that part cheaper and things like that, I wouldnt rule it out completely tho

Yeah we've thought of it, I think we need a bigger following and more views so they'll sell out before we do somthing like that but it's definitely somthing we can do in the future
Scirocco level is about the £5.6k and Mercedes. Is £14.5k. They are categorised cars and the figures you are talking are for uncategorised cars.

not long after the vw being finished, he did have it for sale, when it disappeared off his website I assumed it had sold.
He did, it ended up having a bit of a boost fault so we took it back and sorted it, it just never went back

Personally with Copart on your doorstep I think you should be knocking out lower priced cars that are written off if a cat farts on them and get known for cheap and cheerful cat cars. A bit like Lee from Car UK only the damaged repaired version.
The lumpy pricey cats are swallowing your profit and I’m gutted for you.
I get why Matt isn’t knocking these out, it’s not his bread and butter… but I think there would be a good turnover in the sub 5k market, at that price point buyers are looking for reliable runners and are less concerned if it’s repaired or not. Just a suggestion, I love the channel and want to see you all popping the special brew in celebration over the dough rolling in !!

Funny you should say that, ive got a mk3 capri sat on my drive, its nothing special, it's the 1.6 laser shell with a 2.8i engine. I bought it as an unfinished project

Reversing the right off is long overdue, an inspection and a fee to reverse a cat right off would not only be good for the workshops that can do it but would be the absolute green thing to do, pretty much every government in the west claims to be doing the green thing but never quite does much about it. The carbon footprint to make a car from scratch is absolutely massive, effectively consigning a car to the scrap heap for a broken light lens is unethical and massively unsustainable. That said it's my understanding that if you buy the car for £X and agree that value with your insurer, if you were to right it off again that's what you'll get.
I do understand why some people will be reticent to buy because we don't know the quality of the work done. Your work is of the quality that would pass any post repair inspection but that dodgy garage down the road ? a standard is needed me thinks and that would involve an inspection, not just an MOT. the RR is looking good, looking forward to Sundays ep.
Thanks mate! You're completely right, that carbon footprint for making these EV batteries is massive and that's what all our governments are pushing for! It's not green at all and looking at the second hand ev market is great either as they depreciate more than a normal car

Don't watch then mate, we don't sugar coat anything. There's been a few mistakes we admit but it's a big learning curve
Why not try a ford Capri MK3 if you can pick one up and with regards to selling cars get Jono a decent suit and with his dulcet tone voice he could sell sand to the Arabs
