Is it possible to import something with some sort of special vehicle exemption? Have an 09 Challenger SRT that is in good shape, runs well. But I'm not sure if it is even possible to bring it there. Had headers. It'll pass the sniffer test, probably not an OBD test.

Can Belgian, French, German all EU cars remain on Spanish roads indefinitely without having to change Registration / Matriculars to Spanish ?
Unfortunately not, only as tourist if you plan to live here then they will need registering

Exemptions are only given for change of residence imports
