Let's be honest though. There are two clear obstacles for that. 1. The fact that their being controlled by a magnetic field (they need to be in the little box to work as they have no source of power and are only being puppeted by currents).
      2. Puppets aren't very powerful if you know what I mean. There's just no way they could lift mass amounts of each-other and extra-territorial objects. Don't I feel smart

@Veritasium: In the latest versions of Skype, you can enable NDI under "Calling" -> "Advanced Calling" which although does have a watermark, results in a cleaner video feed for recording using something like Wirecast, OBS or vMix directly rather than screen capturing software. Great work though. Long time watcher. Truly, thank you for everything you do.

@do oby He's already using Skype. The other thing that can be done is using Google Hangouts, right click on interface elements and with the DOM element selected, you can use "h" on your keyboard to hide that element. Meanwhile, I have tickets in under Skype's forums that they need to get rid of their brand logo for NDI... To be honest with both of you, I wish I was. It would mean I'd have their budget for tech hardware.

One key thing I wanted to know, that was not covered here, was how far away we are capable of focusing the required magnetic fields. If you have to surgically implant all the required coils just to have any hope of moving the bots where you want them, or manipulating the bots effectors, it does not seem like a win for me. But I don't know if there are ways you can overlap fields from a distance, sort of "lensing" the magnetic fields to focus from outside the body.

How strong are those magnetic fields? How long will they have to be applied? I know of early forms of batteries used in pacemakers that had to be recharged every two weeks due to lacking storage capacity and the induction currents and magnetic fields used to induce them had negative side effects on patients.

@Veritasium At 2:02, the diagram reminds me of the torsional angles in proteins. It occurred to me that the torsional angle of each segment of a nanofilament can be controlled to mimic particular phi/psi bond angles in proteins. As a result, it should be possible to manufacture a magnetic robot that can ‘shape shift’ to mimic protein motifs.

I'm worried that at some point a switch will be turned on and suddenly the mRNA nanoparticle injected will become like robots remote controlled by the Elites, staging a sort of zombie apocalypse, people suddenly going mad, "taken over" by a cannibalistic and rage inducing state of mind or rather mindlessness, like zombies, except hijacked and directed by frequencies and bio sensors into depopulating the world like a soulless and superhuman hive army.... And the people experiencing this "transformation" will slowly lose all autonomy, control of movement, thoughts, impulses, reflexes and "shed" their Humanity off like a skin, while this Nanotechnology known as "Hydrogel" or "black goo" assimilates their flesh, organs and bones, transmuting into a new hybrid synthetic race controlled by an extremely complex artificial intelligence system. Imagine that..?

@@donnatrump1403 I know, right? And that's my thoughts too. If the Hollyweird movies depicting this "black goo" or "programmable matter" is being honest about this stuff existing, being used and assimilating life, then Nanobots could eventually and slowly transform the WORLD into more self-replicating matter. It kind of reminds me of the scientific concept of Antimatter, actually, the idea that if regular matter comes in contact with Antimatter, the regular or "normal" matter would be... changed.
This is very concerning considering scientists are actually saying in 2030, (note this is the same deadline for the United Nation's Sustainable Development Agenda) Nanobots will be circulating and flowing through humans... They'll be inside us.. and connect our brains to a digital Cloud network, all networks and systems, the Internet Of All Things... Man... This is insane...
