    If my citizenship application is successful, I will change my name by deed poll to Éilias Liath Mac Seóin, as this is the Irish equivalent of my current name. I feel lucky to have a very Celtic name that is translatable into Irish!

    If you need to have documents sworn and it mentions peace commissioner, use them. Your local Gardaí station should have a list of who they are and they are free... DO NOT PAY ANY FEE.

      I’m guessing that it took about 5 months to process her application. She started the process in December 2018 and was invited to participate in a naturalization ceremony in April 2019.

    Hi, when you mentioned that you had 2 days missed? does that mean your previous gnib was expired and you had to renew? e.g exp 07/04/2021 then new gnib 09/04/2021?

      It depends on what your job contract states. Request for the contract and read through it. Annual leave varies from office to office

      You probable can if you have EU id card or EU passport but be mindful Ireland has an housing crisis so rents are extremely expensive especially in Dublin. I'm Bulgarian EU citizen and was planning on moving to Ireland after my graduation because of the English language and Brexit but when I saw the prices in Ireland I just oppted for Germany instead but haven't moved to Germany yet.
