I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad ( home cooked) steak. Cooked in a cast iron pan over charcoal, grilled, reverse seared, laid directly on the coals and even blackened, they’re all good. Keep on grillin’!
I am sure they are both good but I will agree that a steak should taste of steak more than anything else, so I am for the purist style steak 9 out of 10 times. In general I think seasoning and spices are great but I prefer them to be subtle and in the background rather than taking over the show in most cases.
You and Guga need to do a collaboration. You will learn and he will teach. Both steaks looked amazing but you compared apples to oranges really. You should revisit this scenario. Keep up the good work.
My Houston Nephew thinks both, having been invented in Texas (sic), are great, but that you folk in Africa, which apparently is where he thinks Europe is (what can I tell ya, the Texas school system is what it is), should not be allowed to use either…..
@@basmeer4807 he usually goes in with a bias on all comparison videos though. I rather eat a salt pepper salt steak but a competition steak will have more flavour and a better 1 bite.
Ohh boy... another WOKE NPC, Parroting programmed Talking Points. What A Surprise?! >_< You probably hate white people too, right? As thats what the Mass media, tell you to think / do. Mindless Sheeple... its Absolutely Pathetic. Beef taste Fantastic on its own, with just a little salt, and pepper. I personally add a little garlic powder, as well. On occasion, Ive added Thyme, and Rosemary... but honestly, that is best left for Pot-Roasts, instead (with some red wine too). Chicken, on the other hand... is not quite as flavorful as Beef (on its own). It benefits far more from heavy seasoning... such as when I cook a Chicken in my Rotisserie machine. The dude makes and sells his own spice rubs. Its not like he is against spices! >_< He simply likes the taste of actual salted beef on its own... rather than steak that has very little beef taste... that tastes like a spice mix, instead of pure beef flavor. And BTW - The French are some of the Whitest looking people out there... and they have some of the most complex and flavorful dishes out there. Maybe you should actually learn to cook, instead of opening your Ignorant Mouth?

Good day to all.
So that the steak can start to absorb the flavours from the steak?
I can have a nice tasting Steak with all the nice griller markings by just using my griller pan fired on a stove top,
Reverse seared! 🍽️🍽️🍽️👍👍👍💯💯💯

Both look overcooked.

hey man tell youre nephew that we african europeans do not care about his opinion
@@mrsuri33 Hey, I know what to get you for Christmas! A sense of humor! It’s a joke, Mr Suri, a joke.
The European picks the bland steak over the flavored one, how shocking
LOL
It's not bland, you've just lost your tastebuds to the abundance of added flavourings

The meat should always be the star of the show...
