I saw another video that has so many vibes it was exactly the same as your recipe but I like your video more it's straight to the point everything is clear and simple with same ingredients but easier way thank you
Of all the recipe i tried this is by far the best! Its not crumbleyyyy . When i bake it. It looks uncook :( so i added few minutes . . I mde it 20 min. It becomes hard and dry :( but i still like the taste lol Thanks Wait, is it normal to look uncook if u bake it according to this recipe!?
Yay!! Am so happy you enjoy these. In general cookies still bake a little bit even after they come out of the oven... so next time take them out before 20 minutes and give them a try. You can experiment on your next batch and take out a cookie every other minute let them rest for 10 minutes, and then give them a try and see what you prefer... But I would suggest following the cooking time and heat that it says in the description and see what happens...
Hi what s the difference between cake and all purpose flour? Are there any ingredients added? I m wondering if I could use one of them instead of both? Can anyone help me out please, thanks so much.
Great question! So, cake flour has less protein (5-8%) vs. all purpose flour (9-11%). Cake flour also has a finer texture and is more powdery. As far as most recipes go you can substitute cake flour with all purpose flour. Though it is not advised to substitute it the other way round if you can ( pizza with cake flour is going to be more cakey than bread). I hope this answered your questions! Made these got top reviews ....I like the method where butter is melted rather than creaming butter with sugar as you see in lots of cookie recipes
