It’s just not right. A couple years ago I ordered a micro speedy bag charm and the handles were crooked. I sent it back for an exchange and that was just as crooked. What did I do - I kept it but it’s not right. I do love that piece you got.
It’s not right at all. As an ultra luxury brand, you are expecting quality. We clearly want to support but I feel like since 2020, a lot of these brands don’t care about what they are putting out

And it’s mostly been communication issues between the repair company since they used a 3rd party. But it took until mid November for the initial repair to finish and I sent it in at the beginning of September I believe
I am so sorry you had some issues with the card holder. It’s such a shame that quality is not the same like it use to be at Louis Vuitton and all of these very expensive brands. However it is still a beautiful card case and I love the pop of pink! I hope you enjoy it! ❤️

I also heard someone else say that their zipper pull was the regular “LV” instead of the panda-they were able to call their SA and the SA said they could order a new one but it would take a few weeks to come in. I think you should call Client Services and tell them, I would expect them to accomodate you given that it’s a literal defect. ok gonna watch the rest of your video now but ugh how annoying! PS if you send it back you should keep the packaging LOL totally agree it’s ridiculous that they didn’t prepare enough packaging, and if they even did that part right people would be so much happier

I would legit call them every day until that 30 day return limit is up, maybe you’ll eventually get someone more helpful or maybe there will be a return or something! I wish I remember who it was on youtube who noticed the colors on your wallet. She claimed the colors weren't as vivid as the ones 20 years ago. I remember she's Asian. Watch all the Murakami unboixngs and you'll find her.
Yes I think I know the video you’re talking about! My collection of vintage multicolour isn’t as big as hers so my experience is limited. But for me I would say the colours are spot on the same. But whatever printing process they used left the edges bleeding making it less crisp than the original

Why accept something less than perfect... just to have it? At this price point.... no. We deserve better. Accepting quality issues tells LV that consumers will accept anything as long as it's limited and hard to get. This cost them $3-$8 to make. So sorry this happen to you but you deserve better!

I don’t really purchase enough from Louis Vuitton to make a difference boycotting (though after this I will definitely be limiting the leather goods I buy) but I am an investor in LVMH and they’ve been having quality issues across the board so I have been pulling assets

They definitely do need to be taught a lesson! The misalignment doesn’t bother me personally. It’s just the fact that it never should have happened in the first place you know? There is no good reason for any of the issues LV has had lately. Unfortunately I don’t spend enough at LV for a boycott to have an impact. But I am an investor and I have been devesting from them
