Hessian is a well known fabric , and its called burlap in the US and Canada.
A Hessian is a Revolutionary War German mercenary, who get very tired on Christmas eve.
Ahh that explains it... I was like it hessian not a thing that people know? lol
I just looked it up! I didn't know what it was either. Burlap fabric for outerwear doesn't sound too comfy.
@@ElissaJoyShames honestly i do not know how comfy Hessian once its been used for clothing, i am sure it goes through fabric processing. As for me i only use Hessian for gift rapping, flowers arrangement, or any type of crafting .
You can get Hessian linen which is much softer than the usual fabric most think of.
You can also do a soft lining if using a more coarse fabric.
