@@joeyism break ups happen. It's not always gonna work out and that's ok, but this was this persons sign to be better for their boyfriend, so let's not bring up breakups.
Some people let themselves get treated poorly over long periods of time and then wonder why they're feeling unfulfilled and frustrated with their lives.
50/50 split is stupid, it’s 100/100 everyone gives as much as they can when they can. The second you start dividing based on results and not capabilities is the second you should break up
I completely disagree but 50/50 split is what you should go for sometimes you're going to do more of course but they split a responsibilities should be what you go for especially if you both work if you're a stay-at-home parent that takes care of kids however you should try to do 70 to 30 just my take on it as a married man
I heard something similar and it’s make sure that the two of you always make a hundred if she can only give 20 give 80 and if you can only give 30 she’ll give 70
“In a relationship, it should be 60/40. Both people should be trying to give that 60.”- a happy couple
End is the total ends up being more than a 100%? That's just wonderful

This advice made me stop resenting my boyfriend. He needs me right now, so the balance shifted once again, and that's ok.
U r a great person. Please never break up.

This advice can backfire, never stay in a relationship where you're 100% for too long, they'll take for granted and start treating you like a toy

Indeed he is!
That's fine, what isn't fine is when one partner continuously sacrifices more and more of themselves while the other one can, but chooses not to.
The best dad in the world😢
Something ive heard is that relationships should be 60/40, but both people want to be the 60%.

This is great advice, just dont let them take advantage of your 100%. Some people are selfish like that and dont deserve your 100%.
The internet needs to learn this
Always be 💯 💯 both of you should be
Balance isn't a place it's a process 🙃🙃🙃
If we are keeping a record of each and every thing we do for each other then it's not a relationship anymore it's like a business transaction

damn Alvin I didn't know you got married
😂
That is still a 50/50 split just not 50/50 a day
It isn't. If you keep count, you'll see it isn't. It's never an equal balance.
@isa_bru it isn't SUPPOSED to be equal balance
@@mahibhimani some people are need those support 24/7 bc of stuff like disabilities, so it *cant* be 50/50.
@@Vivian-qw3eg That's what I said tho😭
@@isa_bru I think they mean that it evens out over time give or take
Not 50/50. 60/40 and occasionally 100/0

It’s obviously fake there’s no way someone who’s probably at least 64 is using Reddit let alone talking about his life
