I completely disagree but 50/50 split is what you should go for sometimes you're going to do more of course but they split a responsibilities should be what you go for especially if you both work if you're a stay-at-home parent that takes care of kids however you should try to do 70 to 30 just my take on it as a married man
I heard something similar and it’s make sure that the two of you always make a hundred if she can only give 20 give 80 and if you can only give 30 she’ll give 70
