TA TravelCenters are also nice travel plazas for motorists. I wouldn’t be surprised if BP Superchargers get sited at these locations along travel corridors.

In the USA, do petrol stations make most of their profits from in-store sales?
If so, makes sense to also have EV charging onsite.
BP, Race Track, 7-Eleven are near break even on fuel sales. Nearly all profit is from convenience store sales.

Looking beyond the hype let's NOT forget that BP has announced to DOUBLE OIL production to 2030. So whatever Tesla is playing at here, it's nothing but greenwashing-PR for British Petroleum, without any relevant environmental benefit in light of BP's core business development.
