In fairness Carl was one of the better trained security guys, and equally he wasn't pushy, and was very polite. He listened courteously to DJ, and then off he went; fair play to him.
Top man Carl. Another non-British person (that annoying woman) telling people that they are not allowed to do something lawful. If its not lawful in your country and you like that system, perhaps you should have stayed there. Freedom and rights are something we enjoy and respect.
That was a silly reply from her! Mind you in keeping with _literally_ everything else she uttered! At least she's consistent in being a fool.🤷♀ I mean it can be more trying having to deal with 'occasional' stupidity from a person. But if they're always stupid, at least you're not taken by surprise.... much!
Carl the security was absolutely great. The foreign lady, well where do we start. She might as well join the police. Asking pointless questions, giving unwanted directives. Perfect candidate for the police. DJ, good video.
When you went to talk, they just couldn't help themselves asking you questions and giving you orders so the perfect response was to what you did. If they want you, you're over on public land where they have no jurisdiction over you. Is your drone under 250g? Rather than say yes or no, again, perfect response, "what does that mean to you". Let them do the talking to see if their understanding is correct. You're always a number of steps ahead of whatever they can say. Love it. Carl was fine. Perfect way to give them notice too. No deception or pussyfooting around. This is what I'm doing... I'm out there... Thanks! A++
Security guy - top lad, he handled the situation very well, definitely heard of auditing before or even is one of us here :-) Emilia... Don't panic next time.
I don't think she was security, I think she was just getting involved when she should have just spoke to security. I wonder if she was one of the tour guides
The only time I used to drink Heineken was when the air hostesses gave it out for free on flights. The cans were very small though, so I could easily down 20 of them an a trans-atlantic journey 😲
A factory and warehouse 1 mile down the road from me, advertises most of their jobs "locally in Poland." Eastern Europeans make up all of the supervisors, and are in charge of giving out the working hours. They give the few English workers 10-15 hours a week. They give their 95% Eastern European workforce mates as many hours as they want, with some working as many as 80 hours a week. The English managers and office workers couldn't care less about the few English factory workers being discriminated against, as all they care about is the work being done. The same goes for many more factories and warehouses across the UK.
I have watched audits for a long long time and in 90% of cases the Brits tell other Brits that they can't do something, including British Police Constables, so maybe start with them xD
The note is a nice touch. They can't claim they didn't know what you were doing when they inevitably call the police on the "suspicious person" outside.
As soon as I saw Carl coming over I called it that he was gonna be safe. He did seem obviously chill even when you first talked to him tbf! Nice one mate!👍
Absolutely love watching all your videos, and it fantastic seeing you evolve in your auditing over time. Happy to engage, but take no nonsense approach.
That security guard has some life experience of some sort, he conducted himself really well . Did what the company asked of him, but didn't over step the line. Nice one

Carl a solid 9/10, arguably even 10/10. Polite, informative of why he was asking the questions he did, no arrogance at all, didn’t try to tell you what to do, promptly went back to work after asking the questions he was forced to. Mrs Gdańsk 2/10, maybe 1/10. Instantly barking orders, mistaking company policy for national law, trying to enforce company policy on a member of the public on public property, misinformed, then extremely rude when her bubble was burst & asked you to go away from her…. After initially approaching you. Bizarre behaviour. Maybe it’s normal in Poland, who knows…seems weird. Idk if it’s a rural/urban thing but I’m from a small town in the Lake District, I’ve never seen a drone pilot but if I did….. i might go talk to the pilot out of curiosity of what they were doing just to learn more about it. But this notion of instantly barking orders before even knowing what your on about is absolutely mental. I can’t understand why so many do it. Why would you instantly say “can’t do that” if you don’t know…. Why are they so angry? Is it an intelligence thing? Is that the common denominator? They’re all pretty stupid?
DJ Audits you do an AMAZING job. Makes me laugh wen they say " you cannot film on our land " cos you are not on their land, you are in airspace above their land with your drone! You certainly don't have to have permission for yours!! All these companies wasting their time & police time instead of looking online about drones etc first. WELL DONE for keeping your cool. Really gets me when they say “how heavy is the drone” & “can I see your licence”, does he stop and ask drivers on the road if he can see their licence & check they are driving legally, same thing really!
Great video and opportunity to visit Hereford. 👍⭐⭐⭐ Heineken site used to be southern leg of the railway wye and served as Goods Shed and yard. Car park was Canonmoor Farm. Looks like Carl has RISK ASSESSED not looking like the 'usual' here. Fair play to him, his checklist was ready and he knocked it out the park really. @Carl, you should sell that checklist fella, because everywhere needs one as much as they need first aid boxes to HS standard. It will save any company a stack to have policy in place. The SIA Licence should be covering this by now, if it does, it isn't making it count enough. Anyone reading this knows if it does ?

Dj should have showed his drone that its under the weight atleast he was polite and reasonable
5🌟 to Carl. He actually had a checklist and a protocol for addressing citizen photographers. Probably because DJ is having an impact on the industry.

Carl just trying to do his job walking that line as to what the company wants him to do and what he knows he can do.
They bought Bulmer's cider, and just ripped up 140 acres of fine apple trees?
At least security was polite and professional!
