They're using the new technic and materials like Europe and other industrialized countries. I like the idea it's fast, light but strong finish. I hope this technic will soon be applied to the Philippines.
Do houses built this way can withstand typhoons and earthquakes ? PH is prone to those kind of natural disasters and i genuinely wonder if it (construction approach) is suitable to the country.
people who are saying it's made of foam, it isn't, these are readymade blocks that are now used for faster construction, it lowers the cost of the project by saving labour and walls are more consistent than brick walls, but what I didn't understand why columns are bolted on the ground instead of burying 30% in the foundation and bolting it there ? why didn't they welded the joints after bolting them?
This is absolutely air quake proof....u bolted your i beam to an 8 to 10 inches slabs of concrete and nothing but foam blocks instead hollow blocks..foam materials is use in the new now a days brigdges and flooring foundation.. Same principle of cargo container house or cube house..less solid materials Upper Flooring is all plywood installed into angle bar.. Steel I beam is more expensive but less labor and time.. not like pouring concrete columns prep and waiting time until it get driy.. one way or onother its a 5 star..
Great building but i dont think foundation is correct rather than drilling it should have been ht j type bolts rcc grouted in plinth connected columns from foundation fastened to the base plate of column with a damper to sustain earthquakes
I think this could not withstand the earthquake in s.e. asia, for the foundation beams are merely bolted to the concrete slab... I am also wondering if the pre fabricated hollow panels can protect the beams from fire, once a fire starts the beam could bend or worst melt... Any country in s.e. asia who approves of this construction is asking for disaster. I think sip panels are stronger than this. However, if the beams are buried deep and you pour a concrete, then welded the adjoining beams, and use sip as panels this could work
Once the i-beams are bolted together they form a strong cubical structure. For sure the building will not fall in an eathquake. But if the bolts get unfastened by the sideward movements of the quake it will go out of alignment. Now would i do the same foundation building technique of just drilling and bolting. No i will not. A pier is easy to construct with rebars and bolts to support it.
typical factory construction in malaysia using this kind of method, even the bolt and nut with chemical glue, its still standing, we should see the thrust force distribution to understand the strength.
@@Kongumathesh lol! They might not break but they will definitely collapse! Due to their connection, the members are more like pinned to the ground and they will easily hinge while facing a lateral load. The entire steel frame can just collapse due to shift in loads upon lateral movements.
What are the steel members details, and how you made the floor of this building...and also tell me that the member going to 1st floor are they raised from the base
Hi my wife and I are looking at building a house on a property we brought a few years ago it sits on top of a mountain we are looking for affordable housing. Everything I have researched about your company suggests that you are affordable. Where can we get more information about your company in Queensland, Australia. We are wanting a two or three story home simple in build but with large windows to so that we can take in the 360 views.
concrete block is not designed for normal temperature, internal tempreture is high always need a/c. is not good for permanent human staying inside the home ,for temporary staying its ok
It has foundation actually. That's how you attached steel frames. There are other methods but this is the one often used. The steel frames were not bolted or attached to an ordinary floor, it is attached to a concrete slab which has foundations underneath. The foundations were designed to carry the steel frames when the frames are bolted to it. Even the number and kind of bolts to be used are design to carry the design loads of the structure. There's nothing to worry about.
@@hannahtulsettt This method is inadequate considering lateral loads. The steel posts really ought to be connected to the foundation via the base plates using J-type anchor bolts embedded in concrete pedestals.
Yes Sir, you can use this is first floor also. Costing depends on many factors, your location, Layout and design. Pls call RV Infra LLP - 7780673189 for further details.
hi.. I had watched this video, the thing missed out is how to construct the foundation. the person is coming and drilling the hole and placing the column. How that concrete and foundation made? Mode of construction is good and very skilled with building materials and man power. I would like to know how to construct concrete foundation. This will help in studies. regar
This is not a real house. It is a mock up unit. Normally developer build it just to show the potential home buyer what it will look like when it's completed.
Excellent, I was looking for same concept from last many months 👏👏👍👍👌👌
1 steel beam bolt to ground might not be so strong. But when you bolt all the frame properly, it is strong enough as a house structure
what is cost? Very beautiful house.

I'm hoping also 😁

Its like japanese modern now a days.its better when earthquake comes.
Whether its a model house or not, you can't still sacrifice safety! You just bolted your I-Beam column on a ground floor slab...:)
Very very nice.
Sabko apna ghosle ka swapn poorn ho.
Thanks for the video.

Yea yo right, it's improperly done, good luck for wind blows
Yes..that is an issue...👍
Which material for column casting 😮
Similer kind of House if we will made how much coat required per square feet
What is the wall made out of? what size are the columns?
wow can you please tell me the details how much cost and about this project
How much does it cost? And is total build area?
but why not rebars ? whats wrong with it ?
What you put on floor
Can foam block be really used for building a house? I meant won't that be a fire hazard and if not what is its longevity?
Amazing workk
Who is a engineer of this infrastructure
please give me details about material used for external and internal walls to hide steel column and beam.
Nut bolt .... dangerous ?
Cost per sft??
Wonderful house
What is cost this house .
Beautiful work looks very strong like it would last forever
Within a week this can be done, can someone explain what material use for the walls as block? That was supper fast
They are precast concrete blocks
How much can it cost in us dollar
What have i just seen the bunglow standing on nut bolt are they nuts
They had to have been screwed! 😂👍
The video took 2:16 time but what is the exact time for complete construction?
how much budget of this house

Hii is it safe
Is there any real reason to put actual windows and doors on this house though? Given it is built with foam.
How much price in-house contractions
Is it safe like concrete slab ??
What is the price of building such house.
Is this construction available in Delhi/NCR ? What is the cost of construction ?
Hi ,I need this kind of house I am having 700 square yards .how many days will take to construct 3 floors .what about budget
Just amazing
What will be cost of steel house??
How much?
How to make foundation for the double storey building
how much it cost
hi this house is how many square meters. how much does it cost and would you share the pyroge?
I saw this construction type go up on my street and a CMU house at the same time...the CMU job was completed months ahead...
What is CMU
What is the total cost
which is cheaper steel frame or concrete?
Looks nice and impressive but i can guarantee the foundation is not strong

That structure will not even resist a 4.5 earthquake, it can only be used as a model home.
No.i dont think so...metal can't destroy even earthquake.it can be move but never collapse.
I think Jayson is right. Metal pillar and beams are more stronger and will not collapse. So no need of foundation to be stronger
