The Hero 4 Black sound quality is much better with the Gimbal. I don't do any adjustment settings to my Gimbal Evo SS. I do have my GoPro Settings all listed on my website. mtbingadventures.com/gopro-settings
The first crash was no problem. The second one he did brake a rib. He is doing very well though and will hopefully be back on a bike in a couple months or sooner. His video on the ride was really good. He has the x-ray in his video and he brought home the stick from the first crash.

As last fall i crashed and hurt my rotator.
Back on the bike finally.
I am glad you are back on the bike. Injuries are scary. The worst part about them is the down time from being out on the trails.

Just super high oxygen robbing elevation. Lol
