Can you spray with regular paint as well? I’d like to do my deck, but it red paint. Not stained. I would like to do it for railing and posts. Would be easier overall.
If she said one, why would you still not do two when it provides better coverage, you won't miss bits, it hides stains and imperfections more, and gives better protection from weathering and footfall? Would you only give your interior walls one coat?
@@ColleenPastoor Thanks Colleen, but don't forget that pressurised treatments send the chemicals deep into the timber. In a 1" board, if you cut it through you can see that it almost meets in the middle. The thickness of a stain sanded off would be fine.
The deck looks completely transformed! Excellent work with your Wagner sprayer!
Thank you so much! Your sprayer made it go so quickly
This was ASMR and informative 🥰
Try out the 3m masker. It applies the tape and protector at the same time.
I've heard that! I'd love to try it
Did you paint spray your railings? Looks great! Thank you for the tips lady!! So helpful.
There aren’t any railings on this deck! But I would :)
I want to know more about the fence at the back,, do u have any video for that
Hi! I have a post about it over on my blog: www.lemonthistle.com/modern-diy-concrete-wall-cover/
How much stain did it take for the whole deck

Yes you bet! See that in this makeover here :) ruclips.net/video/SId6ycM3Pe4/видео.html
Did you not watch the video? She clearly stated she had previously done so.
Fantastic job , when I try those sprayers they never work for me ..
Bummer! I get SO much use out of mine!
Woodglut has very good and accurate plans.
What brand/color stain did you use? It looks great!
It’s a behr water based one! I can check it next week when I’m home :)
@@ColleenPastoor it’s been 10 months. Are you home already ?
still dont see what color she used

1 coat or 2?

Would have been better had you removed the stain. Bit of sandpaper and some elbow grease would have gone a long way! Spray job looked okay.
As i mentioned in the video- we didn't want to sand since it's pressure treated wood and we live in a known termite area :)

So this was sponsored by Wagner, well that's not a review, it's a paid advert. Wasted my time.
I didn't say it was a review, I was very clear about the partnership. I was showing how I stained my deck :)
