After measuring the pad to find your cut spot, turn it over and have the chipboard backing on top. It should cut through everything properly. 😘

@@LindaMZH65 thank you so much! I’m going to try that too! I did send them a video because I tried to stack of paper with no chip board and it still had the same issue. It didn’t cut the last four pages. 😞 are you by any chance having the same issue?

@@JiselleMadeIt. I don’t have one of these, I recall Lolly saying that tip in one of her videos regarding the use of this tool. However you get it fixed - good luck! 😘

Shelf liner underneath it should prevent it from sliding.

I believe your cutter should have come with 4 rubber feet to keep it from sliding. I have watched other videos on this cutter and they had the rubber feet

Hey! Mine does have black circles on the bottom but they feel more like plastic than rubber so it still slides a bit

@ and that’s just not right. Something that heavy needs rubber pads to grip the surface

If I cannot cut chipboard, then it’s a worthless product for me

@@JiselleMadeIt. that is just not good business to me. If it is supposed to be a cutter, why does the customer have to make all these adjustments to make it work???!!! SMH
