@@LindaMZH65 thank you so much! I’m going to try that too! I did send them a video because I tried to stack of paper with no chip board and it still had the same issue. It didn’t cut the last four pages. 😞 are you by any chance having the same issue?
@@JiselleMadeIt. I don’t have one of these, I recall Lolly saying that tip in one of her videos regarding the use of this tool. However you get it fixed - good luck! 😘
I believe your cutter should have come with 4 rubber feet to keep it from sliding. I have watched other videos on this cutter and they had the rubber feet
@@JiselleMadeIt. that is just not good business to me. If it is supposed to be a cutter, why does the customer have to make all these adjustments to make it work???!!! SMH
this changes everything!!!!!!!!!!
You videos have been helpful to watch. My cutter came today, so excited!
Thank you!!! I hope you love it as much as I do!!! ❤
Thanks for the video
After measuring the pad to find your cut spot, turn it over and have the chipboard backing on top. It should cut through everything properly. 😘

@@frameyourworldart thank you!
Thank u for sharing Ive been in the market for a beast cutter but didnt lie the ones i found in amazon they didnt fit my aesthetic. lol😂
Haha that's how I felt! It has to fit the theme lol
Shelf liner underneath it should prevent it from sliding.
@@jalh3 thank you that’s a great idea!!! 🥰
Thanks! I have plenty!!
Can you provide the names and/or links for the products you bought on Amazon? Thanks.

Hey! Mine does have black circles on the bottom but they feel more like plastic than rubber so it still slides a bit
@ and that’s just not right. Something that heavy needs rubber pads to grip the surface
If I cannot cut chipboard, then it’s a worthless product for me
@@bobbyspapercraft I get that! I need to reach out to them because it is a big deal, but the cuts are so good 😆😖
I also messaged them regarding the issue. We will see what they say.
I have the same issue, reached out to them and they were no help!!!
@ they told me to add a dummy sheet at the end 😖
