As a veteran pipe smoker, I was gratified to see that many of my favorite people were pipe smokers. Some of them I’ve seen with pipes. Others were a surprise, most notably Sinatra!
Remember guys, Tobacco is not your enemy, it's your friend. What's really is the enemy is the polymer filler present in cigarettes to bind the tobacco, yes cancer is not caused by Tobacco but the artificial fillers present in Cigarettes. So be wise and choose Pipes over cheap Cigarettes.
Most of the pipes people smoked on the slide show were straight. I prefer curved. To me they have more character. But I can see a straight pipe long and thin, or short and fat. There's just something about a pipe: After a nice meal, or late at night reading a good book. And then there's the countless blends of tobacco. Several years ago, I was walking down the road, I passed by a house, in the front, but to the left were french doors, they were open. Inside was a guy sitting at a desk doing some paper work smoking a pipe. The idea of smoking a pipe is not just to smoke, but to enjoy and savor the flavor.
Another great compilation! Joe Stalin always surprises me, you would think he would have chilled out a bit and not sent so many Russians to the Gulag. There‘s no cure for some people I guess. Most men shown here however were or if actors at least played good guys.
Without the pipe Stalin would sent more victims in to a prison camp. "Stalin's Himmler" Lavrentiy Beria organised and took care of the prison camps. Stalin was a liked and funny brutal bad guy.
Einstein smoking pipe is always my favorite scene. I always argue when some anti nazis say pipe smoking is bad. Also, Einstein never drank alcohol so I guess pipe smoking is much better than drinking beer.

That is not correct.
Pipe and cigar smokers are statistically longer lived than cigarette smokers because we don't inhale the smoke.
